Cancel by 10 October 2026, 23:59 Sofia time: we refund €35 of the €45 entry fee and retain €10 toward booking and committed event costs. From 11 October 2026, the entry fee is non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend.
You may transfer your slot to another eligible competitor at no charge by notifying the organizer before event check-in closes. The replacement must meet all registration and safety requirements.
If the match is rescheduled, you may keep your paid entry for the new date or request a full €45 refund. If the organizer cancels the match, you will receive a full €45 refund.
