The match will be completed in a single-day format. The staff will shoot on Friday, and competitors have the option to shoot all stages on Saturday or Sunday.

Entries are awarded on a first come first served basis. When there is a wait list, as slots become available, I will send out the approval through Practiscore as well as send an email from my personal email indicating the timeframe in which you have to pay for the slot (usually 3-5 days) and squad (or indicate to me which open slot you wish to take if squadding is locked). If you fail to pay or notify me that you no longer want the slot, I will withdraw you from the match and move on to the next in line.
No Refunds Will Be Available after September 18, 2026.

Squadding is also first-come, first-served. If the squad is full, that means there are no slots available. Please understand that not all requests to change squads can be filled.
