Welcome to Central Florida Action Steel at Central Florida Rifle and Pistol Club (CFRPC).
Central Florida Action Steel is a dynamic, fast-paced shooting sport combining elements of USPSA and Steel Challenge. Matches feature 5-6 stages consisting of a combination of static steel targets and falling steel targets (plate racks, poppers, Texas Stars, Polish Rack, dueling tree). Scoring is based on time-plus, focusing on speed, accuracy, and quick target acquisition.
Morning of the match schedule:
8:15am...Check-in opens at the LAR trailer
8:45am...Check-in closes (and all no-show spots are forfeited)
8:45am...Safety Brief begins followed by stage walk through (Safety brief attendance is mandatory for all participants and visitors)

REMEMBER: YOU MUST STILL COME IN TO THE CHECK-IN TRAILER TO COMPLETE YOUR MATCH REGISTRATION ON THE DAY OF THE MATCH!
Please show your CFRPC Membership Badge or non-member Extended Release and Waiver Card at check-in. If you have neither, you must complete and execute a release at registration.
• Registration fees will be collected through the PractiScore payment system.
• Before registering, you can preview the squad arrangements at the bottom of the match description by clicking on "View Squadding". This will show you what squad slots are still available, and who is squadded where, to better assist you in making a decision to register.
• Active CFRPC Members who want to take advantage of the $10 discount must provide their CFRPC membership number in the registration field and select the discount checkbox before submitting their payment. They must also show their active CFRPC membership badge on the morning match at Check-In to verify the discount. Failure to provide an active badge will result in having to pay the balance of the full price or you will not be allowed to shoot the match, and no refunds will be issued.
• If you are NOT a CFRPC member and you select the discount, you will have to pay the remaining balance at check-in or you will not be allowed to shoot the match, and no refunds will be issued.
• In the event of a match cancellation, due to weather or unforeseeable events, refunds may be issued.
NOTICE...as of 08/05/2025, CFRPC will no longer allow the SIG SAUER P320 pistol, in all of its variants, to be used on the premises of CFRPC, effective immediately. Other SIG SAUER platforms continue to be welcome at CFRPC.
