BRSP Tuesday Night USPSA - October 27, 2026

LATE LATE SEASON ADJUSTMENT: As the season winds down and numbers start to decrease, we no longer need to accommodate quite as many shooters, so we're going to switch to two squads of 15 with just one time slot starting at 6:45 pm. This will get us out of there earlier, which will be welcome as the temperature continues to drop.
LATE SEASON ADJUSTMENT: With the loss of daylight and no lights on the downrange competition bays, we're moving uprange to F and G ranges starting Sept 8. Normally that would mean shrinking to two squads. Given the interest in this match, we'd rather accommodate more shooters. So we're changing to a two-stage match with two time slots and two squads in each slot. That keeps roughly 40 shooters on the schedule instead of 20.
We're still going to put on two very good stages, and that'll be much easier to do when we're focusing on only two, especially as conditions get cooler and darker and setup slows. We'll still run a classifier every other week and plan to make it a bigger, more interesting one.
Match fee has been reduced, since two stages use fewer consumables.
We'll see how this goes and adjust if needed. If the match doesn't fill, we may allow shooters to register for both time slots, but do not register for both until that's been expressly allowed.

- BRSP members: $15 (select the -$15 BRSP member discount at checkout)
- Non-members: $30
- Range Officers: FREE — first 4 USPSA ROs willing to lead a squad. Check RO squad availability before registering, then squad on the RO squad. If you're not on the RO squad on match day, you don't get the free match.
- Setup Crew: FREE — first 6 to register and squad on Setup Crew. Must arrive by 5:30 PM for stage setup. Check Setup Crew squad availability before registering. We'll resquad you wherever you like on match day. Don't sign up if you can't commit to 5:30 PM. Questions: Contact Justin Larkin, 907-903-1060.

WAIT LIST: You can register for the wait list. If we are able to fit you in the match, you will get an email or text to confirm. Do not show up for the match otherwise. After you have been approved off the wait list, you will need to go back to your Practiscore dashboard, scroll down to Upcoming events, click on the match, then pay the match fee.
SCHEDULE:
5:30 PM, Setup Crew arrives
6:45 PM, Mandatory safety briefing ALL shooters
2 stages, 50-70 rounds, minimum
CHECK-IN:
Check in at the clubhouse and get a wristband before proceeding to competition ranges. Wear it at all times. 10 MPH speed limit on the range.
SAFETY:
We run a COLD RANGE. If you arrive with a loaded firearm, UNLOAD and CLEAR it in a HOT BAY before coming to G Range, or find an RO on C Range to escort you to a designated clearing area. Long guns must be cased or have a chamber flag inserted, and carried MUZZLE UP at all times.
All firearm handling on the competition bays must happen at the designated yellow safety tables, unless you are under direct Range Officer supervision. This includes uncasing, maintenance, and recasing after the match. Firearms at the safety table must be EMPTY. No ammunition, snap caps, brass, or loaded magazines may be handled or removed from their pouch or bag at the safety table.
