Average Joe's IDPA 5x5 Classifier Match at Royal Range USA - July 30th, 2026

This is a CLASSIFIER match ONLY, and we are running the abbreviated 5x5 classifier. If you are not an IDPA member at the time of the match you will not receive a classification. You can sign up twice (two different divisions) if you wish, and you will only pay one $25 entry fee. Even if you only sign up for one division you will get two runs at the classifier, best score will be posted to HQ. If you shoot a handgun that fits in multiple divisions, you must let us know which divisions you want it to count towards. Otherwise, we will only post the HQ the score for the division you signed up for on Practiscore.
IDPA brought to you by Average Joe's Shooting Team & Royal Range USA. Come see the state-of-the-art facility that Royal Range has! We run matches the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. We operate under a COLD RANGE policy, so no loaded firearms on anyone but the shooter running the course of fire (nothing in the chamber AND NO MAG in the gun). If you find that you have a loaded firearm on you, or in your shooting bag, you MUST immediately seek out a Safety Officer and have them supervise the clearing of the firearm. Clearing a loaded firearm without SO supervision is a disqualifying event, so we don't want you to go home before the match even starts!
Setup at 4:30pm, new shooters meeting 5:30*, shooters meeting / announcements at 6pm, rounds down range @ 6:15pm. Please plan to stay about 10 minutes after the match is finished to help tear down the stages.

Lost Brass Match: AJST are not paid employees of Royal Range USA, they allow us to collect the brass from the matches as compensation for our work. Please be respectful of this.
IMPORTANT: If you are not feeling well, be considerate to the other shooters, and do not come to the match. Please do not register if you're not certain if you can make it. We've increased the number of shooters we can take but have to enforce our waiting list. If you're on the waiting list, we will send emails Thursday afternoon around 3pm if someone drops out. If we don't have a spot open up, we won't send an email.
