August NRA Mid Range F-Class Match

1. RANGE LOCATION: Saorsa Acres Rifle Club – 22763 Lon Miley Rd. Bogalusa, LA 70427
2. FACILITIES: Restrooms available on site and Breakfast / Lunch will be available for purchase.
3. RULES: Current NRA High Power Rifle Rules shall apply.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Open; Juniors Welcome; category declaration required.
5. Rifle Categories: F-Open, F-TR, F-Precision (any rifle) F-Production
6. Course of Fire: Mid-Range: 3x20 shots at 600 yards (MR-1FC).
Long Range: 3x20shots at 800 yards (LRFC).
7. Entries and Fees: Members and Juniors: $10
Non-Members $20
8. PRACTICE FIRING: There will be no practice firing before the match.
9. TARGETS: MR-1FC for F-Class Mid-Range (600) and LRFC for F-Class Long-Range (800)
10. TARGET SERVICE: Shot Marker E-Targets
11. EMPTY CHAMBER INDICATOR (ECI): Approved NRA empty chamber indicators are required to be
used at all times except during the preparation period relay. Those not having an ECI may purchase one at
the range for $2.00 each.
12. SQUADDING: All matches will be squadded. Squadding tickets for individual matches will be issued at the
Firing Line starting at approximately 7:30 am. Any competitor who fails to obtain his/her squadding ticket
by 8:30 AM will only be squadded to fill up vacancies if available.
13. SCORING: Electronic Primary with paper backup; NRA protest procedures apply.
14. AWARDS: Place Awards by Category.
15. CHALLENGE PERIOD: The challenge period ends 1/2 hour after the posting of the match results.
16. RESULTS BULLETINS: Results bulletins will only be mailed to those people requesting them. The match
results will be posted on the saorsaacres.com website.
MATCH 1: 600-yard slow fire prone, any sights, unlimited sighters & 20 shots for record,
24 minutes. MR-1 & MR-1FC (F-Class) target.
MATCH 2: 600-yard slow fire prone, any sights, two sighters & 20 shots for record,
22 minutes. MR 1 & MR-1FC (F-Class) target.
MATCH 3: 600-yard slow fire prone, any sights, two sighters & 20 shots for record,
22 minutes. MR 1 & MR-1FC(F-Class) target.
MATCH 4: An aggregate of scores fired in matches #1, #2, & #3.
MATCH 5: 800 yds. slow fire prone, any sights, unlimited sighters & 20 shots for record,
30 minutes. LRFC target.
MATCH 6: 800 yds. slow fire prone, any sights, unlimited sighters & 20 shots for record,
30 minutes. LRFC target.
MATCH 7: 800 yds. slow fire prone, any sights, unlimited sighters & 20 shots for record,
30 minutes. LRFC target.
MATCH 8: An aggregate of scores fired in matches #5, #6, & #7.
