Course Overview & Physical Requirements
This is a high-intensity, athletically demanding movement course focused on eliminating wasted time between shots and positions. Expect two full days of repeated sprinting, aggressive braking, explosive exits, and dynamic directional changes. Come physically prepared, fully hydrated, and wearing aggressive footwear (cleats or trail runners are strongly recommended).

Drawing and gripping on the move (Step-1 mechanics)
Torso-driven target transitions
Explosive acceleration from the holster and between positions
Staged exits (leaving on the last shot)
Hard entries and deceleration (breaking shots on the foot plant)
Rolling deceleration and position blending
Directional cutting and awkward angle transitions
Safe, explosive retreating mechanics
Standardized diagnostic stage testing with high-speed video review
Required Gear
Reliable handgun, competition/duty belt, and safe holster
3–6 magazines with pouches
500-600 rounds of ammunition
Cleats or trail running shoes
Eye and ear protection
Hydration and food for full-day physical output
