Rivanna Rifle and Pistol Club IDPA is excited to bring a sanctioned match back to RRPC for the first time since 2017.
The 2026 IDPA Charlottesville Showdown is a tier-2 specialty match for BUG (semiauto), REV, and CCP divisions only.
The match will consist of 9 stages including a warmup, with an approximate round count of 160.
Lunch and a match T-shirt are included with registration.
SCHEDULE:
Friday October 16, 2026
• Staff Match (addition information to follow)
• Early check- in 5pm-7pm
Saturday, October 17, 2026
• Competitor Match Day
• Check in opens at 7:30am
• First shots at 8:30am
SPECIAL NOTES:
• Appendix Carry (AIWB) is not permitted at this match.
• Per IDPA policy, the Sig Sauer P320 and all variants are prohibited from use in IDPA competition and are not permitted at this match.
• NO REFUNDS AFTER August 1st. An administrative processing charge will be deducted if a refund is requested.
• NO DIVISION CHANGES AFTER September15th. Classification changes as necessary. Please notify us ASAP if you receive a match bump prior to the match.
