PCC Gun Handling
• PCC can be transported from bay to bay in a case, or carts and flagged. If in a cart the muzzle is reasonably vertical (pointing down), and a chamber flag is in place. A flagged carbine is treated the same as a holstered pistol, except for sweeping rules.
• Uncasing the carbine may be done in a safe area, or against a side berm or backstop.
• When a competitor is called to the line to shoot, they may carry an empty, with chamber flag, PCC muzzle up or muzzle down, or the PCC may be cased.
• After "Hammer down and Flag", with an empty with chamber flag PCC, the competitor can immediately re-case the PCC or carry the PCC as stated above. The PCC can then be carried to a side berm staging area well behind the firing line and placed back in a case or on a cart
