2026 California Action Shotgun Challenge (CASC) — World Shoot Warm-Up

CASC is back!
This is the 11th annual California Action Shotgun Challenge. It is similar to other multigun matches but focuses on one platform, the scattergun.
We will be firing at aerial clays, static clays, steel plates, and poppers….and maybe a spinner or two.
Maximum required ammo: Birdshot: 200
Buckshot: 16
Slugs: 8
We will email out a firm number once stages have been designed.
Birdshot must be LEAD only (no steel shot), #8, #7 1/2, or #6
We are aiming for 7 fun, easy to break down stages on Sunday. Check in open at 8:30am, Shooters meeting at 9am.
All squads police hulls as they go and will tear down once they've finished their last stage.
No Prizes, just bragging rights
SHOOTER ELIGIBILITY
All shooters must meet one of the following criteria:
Have a USPSA classification
Completed an Intro to Competition class at:
RRGC, Sac Valley, Targetmasters, Linden, DAP, Livermore, Manzano or equivalent
Receive approval from the Match Director (based on safe match history)
Verification is required.

Failure to verify may result in match removal or future bans.
Pre-Registration online via Practiscore required, no walk-ons.
Match Directors, Stage Designers, and Saturday builders will get lunch during the build on 9/19 and refunded after the match.

There are no refunds after September 17th.
There will be a $4 admin fee if you register and later withdraw from the match.
