LTC Qualification

Are you a student who has taken an online LTC Course and need to complete your shooting qualification? Defender offers the LTC shooting proficiency portion every week.
The shooting qualification requires that you must be able to load, unload, and fire the handgun proficiently. If you are new to or inexperienced with shooting we strongly recommend taking either the LTC Prep or Handgun Fundamentals course. This course does not teach basic firearm skills or shooting instruction. (More info)
Please arrive a few minutes early to check in and bring a printed copy of your LTC 104 form.
Our shooting qualification schedule is as follows:
- Wednesdays – 10:00am
- Saturdays – 8:00am
No appointment needed, you can simply walk-in during these available times.
Please bring the following:
- LTC 104 Form
- Firearm (rental available at additional charge)
- 1 magazine
- 50 rounds of ammo (ammunition is available for purchase at time of session)
- Eye and Ear Protection (rentals available)
