SUMMARY:2026 Warfighter Challenge
DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Warfighter Challenge is our 7th annual Warfighter Challenge. It will test competitors with a variety of challenges that are both physical and mental in nature. A minimum gear list will be published and provided to competitors 60 days in advance.\nNote that the "Scout" class entries have a 6 mile hike in lieu of the 12 miler\, and a reduced/daylight only land navigation course.\nEvents will include\, but are not limited to\, the following:\n12 mile timed ruck w/min 35lbs dry weight plus weapon.\nLand Navigation Day/Night\nMobility/Counter Mobility Pioneer/Sapper Skills\nSmall Unit Leadership\nSmall Arms Competition\nThis event requires significant individual preparation. All competitors will be mentally and physically exhausted by completion. Competitors must complete the ruck in less than 4 hours or they may be removed from the event by the director on consultation with event staff.\nAll competitors are responsible for completing their own pre-event physical with their medical provider. Competitors should be free of any medical conditions which would be adversely affected by exposure to CS gas.\nA match page will be posted at the below website by December 31st: \nAPC HOME \n\nPlease note that entries are not refundable\, and excess entries for which an entrant does not intend to compete will be considered a charitable donation to the American Pioneer Corps.
