DESCRIPTION:Manchester\, TN – Arnold Air Force Base Rifle Range\nSeptember 05\, 2026 – September 06\, 2026\nThis is a traditional 25m Project Appleseed rifle event.\nCenterfire is NOT allowed at this event – 22 Rimfire Only.\nRegister Now\nAddress: Rifle Range Road\, Manchester\, TN 37355\nPlease Read:  How to Prepare for an Event\nSafety Notice:\n–  Keep ALL firearms in your vehicle until after the safety briefing and you are instructed to bring them to the firing line.\n–  No illegal firearms are allowed.\n–  At centerfire-friendly ranges\, rifle cartridges are limited to 8mm (rifle) or .45 caliber (pistol and pistol caliber carbines).\n–  Effective 8/8/2025\, Project Appleseed has temporarily suspended the SIG-Sauer P320/M17/M18 (all variants) in our Pistol Clinics.\n–  Parents of youth attending\, please read our Message to Parents.\nSubject to state and local laws\, Instructors at your event may have discounted .22 ammo available. KOA in Manchester\nHotels:\nMicrotel Inn & Suites\n201 Expressway Drive\nI-24 Exit 114\nManchester\, TN 37355\n(931) 723-7001 or 800-771-7171\nDirections:\nManchester is between Nashville and Chattanooga\, TENN\, on I-24.\nFrom I-24 get off at exit 117 South East of Manchester\, proceed west on Arnold AFB’s Wattendorf Memorial Highway towards Tullahoma about 8-9 miles.  Watch for the signs for the AEDC Rifle Range and Tennessee National Guard Ranges and turn right on Rifle Range road. Once on the Rifle Range Road cross railroad tracks then about 1/8 to 1/4 mile turn right into the Rifle Range complex\, there is a Vietnam era Armored Personnel Carrier on display just inside the gate. Follow the Appleseed Signs to the MP Range\nFrom Tullahoma\, Tenn.  at the light on highway 55 as you are leaving Tullahoma turn right on the AEDC Access Road which becomes Wattendorf Memorial Highway once on base\, drive approx 2-3 miles\, watch for the rifle range signs and turn left on Rifle Range Road. Cross a railroad track and a few hundred yards later turn right at the range entrance.\nIMPORTANT – DRIVE SLOW ONCE INSIDE THE RANGE COMPLEX -There often are National Guard or Active Duty Military units training on other ranges in the complex and/or civilian NRA and CMP rifle competitions.   Please use directions printed above. Using the address for directions will instruct you to go through the military base…which isn’t permitted.\nGPS: \,\nState Laws to be aware of:\nIt is the responsibility of attendees to know and comply with all State and Federal Firearms Laws.\nTennessee State Firearms Laws\nMisc:\nFor Pistol Clinics: A centerfire pistol up to .45 caliber\, especially your carry pistol\, is preferred.  If you bring a 22\, you will gain valuable marksmanship skills without the expense of centerfire ammunition.
