Loaded firearms are prohibited on PCSI property unless the person is actively shooting a course of fire during the match.\n- PCSI requires all persons entering ranges to sign-in/out at the shed by the clubhouse.\n- Persons not registered for the match must sign the waiver found in the shed by the clubhouse prior to proceeding to the ranges.\n- Appendix carry is allowed\, if compliant with IDPA safety standards.\n- Eye & ear protection is required at all times on the ranges.\n- Muzzles over berm will result in a match DQ\, exception being revolvers with open cylinders during reload.\n- A dropped firearm anywhere on club property is a match DQ.\n- PCCs require a chamber flag and will be carried to and from the line muzzle down.\n- The current IDPA and Match Administration rules will apply to this match. It is the responsibility of the shooter to know and follow those rules and to ensure a current IDPA membership and classification.\n- Juniors must have a parent or guardian present with the shooter at every stage.\n- All persons must remain behind the range bay shelter’s foremost line of posts once the range is called hot by the Safety Officer (SO) until the range is called clear\, unless you are designated as an SO\, timer shooter during course of fire.  One (1) photographer/videographer is permitted in front of the shelter\, but must stay behind the SO\, timer\, and shooter and at no time will interfere with any of the before mentioned individuals.\n- Interference with an SO or timer is a DQ and immediate removal of the person from the PCSI grounds.\n- Failure to sign-in/out at the shed or complete a Release from Liability Form could lead to a ban from future PCSI matches.\n- There is a "Safe Area" (No live ammo permitted) for taking on/off equipment and inspecting unloaded firearms.  The "Safe Area" is a posted area behind the bays.\n- There is no handling of firearms outside the designated Safe Area or at the firing line until instructed to do so by a Safety Officer.

DESCRIPTION:Pickaway County Sportsmen\, Inc. (PCSI) proudly presents the “2026 PCSI Defensive Pistol Challenge Presented by BELT\,” a Tier 2 sanctioned IDPA match.\nMatch Starts: 7:00 AM Friday\, August 28\, 2026\, and ends 4:00 PM Saturday\, August 29\, 2026.  Times are Eastern Time Zone.\nLocation:\nPickaway County Sportsmen\, Inc.\n8100 SR22\, Circleville\, OH 43113\nJoin us for the 2026 PCSI Defensive Pistol Challenge Presented by BELT\, a Tier 2 match sanctioned under the International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) hosted by Pickaway County Sportsmen\, Inc.  This year’s match features 9 total stages\, including 7 scenario stages\, a warm-up\, a cool down\, and an equipment check. Round count will be approximately 150.\nThe match is open to all IDPA classifications (novice and above)\, in the following divisions:\n- Backup Gun (BUG)\n- Compact Carry Pistol (CCP)\n- Carry Optics (CO)\n- Custom Defensive Pistol (CDP)\n- Enhanced Service Pistol (ESP)\n- Pistol Caliber Carbine (PCC)\n- Revolver (REV)\n- Stock Service Pistol (SSP)\nMatch Schedule:\n- For both Friday\, August 28\, and Saturday\, August 29:\n  ** 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Mandatory equipment check and check-in. Arrive early to ensure plenty of time to check-in\, complete equipment check and make it to the shooter’s meeting at your assigned range bay.\n  ** 9:20 AM: Shooters meeting at assigned squad’s range bay.\n  ** 9:30 AM: First shots.\nRegistration Details:\n- Registration opens in PractiScore.com on March 1\, 2026.\n- Registration closes on July 28\, 2026\, at 5:00 PM.\n- Match fee is $90.\n- Make check or money order payable to PCSI and mail to Doug Williard\, 211 Cherokee Court North\, Canal Winchester\, Ohio 43110.\n- Match fee must be received no later than the date registration closes.\n- Cancellations/Withdrawals after close of registration will not receive a refund.
