DESCRIPTION:SoCal Long Range Piru - Rimfire Club Match. This Match is NOT a PRS Points Match and will consist of 6-7 stages shooting from various barricades and positions at targets from 50 to 300+ yards. Approximately 80-100 rounds for the match. All ammo must be subsonic.\nEquipment:\nYou will need a rifle with an optic that will allow you to locate and engage targets\, and any other shooting gear you like to use. Rangefinders\, spotting scopes\, binoculars\, shooting rests are all acceptable\, and different equipment will be allowed on various stages.\nSafety Requirements:\nAll long guns must have magazines out and a safety/chamber flag installed when not on the line.\nAll long guns must be bagged or cased when transported between your car and the staging area.\nAll stages will take place at Bay 31 "Burbank Muzzle Loaders".\n7:30 am - Check in.\n8:00 am - Safety Brief and Zero if needed.\n8:45 am - Match Orientation.\n9:00 am - Match Starts.  \n \nMatch fee: $50. SUMMARY:SoCal Long Range PIRU - Sniper Team Challenge - August 29\, 2026
DESCRIPTION:SoCal Long Range Piru - Sniper Team Challenge.  This is a team event with two shooters per team using two separate rifles of different types (1 Gas Gun\, 1 Bolt Gun).  Each shooter can only shoot one rifle throughout the match.  One team member will shoot while the other team member will spot.  The spotter may call out misses and corrections in whatever manner the team decides.\nBoth team members will shoot the same COF and each stage together (one after the other) each with their own designated rifle.  Each team shooter can only shoot one rifle throughout the match. This will be a combination of PRS style stages\, and blind stages.  Teams will have 4 or 6 minutes to complete each stage for BOTH SHOOTERS combined.  The total combined hits for both shooters will be the stage score for that team. DESCRIPTION:SoCal Long Range PIRU - HUNTER Style Precision Rifle Match is designed to simulate hunting scenarios and increase your skills as a hunter. This match will have 6 stages taking place in multiple bays throughout the range. This is NOT an NRL Hunter points match.\nThere will be 3 Divisions:\nFactory (unmodified production rifles weighing up to 12 lbs. maximum including scope and bipod).\nOpen Light (modified rifles up to 14 lbs. maximum including scope and bipod).\nOpen Heavy (any rifles over 14 lbs. including scope and bipod).\nNO STEEL CORE AMMUNITION WILL BE ALLOWED\nEach stage will have 1 to 3 Targets\, and be blind stage where shooters have a time limit of 4 minutes to locate\, range and engage targets using the 2-1 dead target scoring.
