DESCRIPTION:This is a Level I USPSA Pistol/PCC match with 6 or 7 stages and a Classifier requiring 150 to 220 rounds. The match is a one-day match that can be shot on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. You can shoot the match twice if you register twice\, but only in two different firearm Divisions on two different days.\n-WE'RE ALLOWING SHOOTERS TO SHOOT BOTH DAYS (ALTHOUGH WE ARE EVALUATING THE FAIRNESS OF LETTING SHOOTERS SHOOT AFFECTIVELY TWICE IN THE SAME DIVISION)\nVolunteer stage builders are welcome. We coordinate stage builders at SLPSA.org. Push the USPSA STAGE SET UP button on the bottom right. We'll compensate you with a free and early match registration code and you can see how your stage ideas perform. Saturday squads will be limited to 15\, Friday to 12. If Saturday squads are full\, register but don’t squad and you’ll be squadded as shooters withdraw. The match will be a one-day match that will be shot on Saturday morning. Targets consisting of paper and steel\, out to a maximum of 100yds. Bring a sling\, it may or may not be used as part of a stage.\nThis cannot be your first Action/USPSA/IDPA style match. You must have competed in a USPSA or IDPA style match in May or June of this year without being disqualified. You must be able to provide the URL of the posting of that match to the Match Director.\nVolunteer stage builders are welcome. Talk to the match director during the match if you want to build stages for future PCSL Rifle and Carbine Matches.\nDivisions:\n-Practical-\nONLY 30 Rounds Magazines permitted\, No Coupled Mags\, No Muzzle Brakes UNLESS a suppressor is attached\, Full Mass Bolt Carriers.\n-Competition-\nSuppressors Allowed\, No Bipods or Bags. 9mm PCCs are allowed as your carbine.\nRange Rules:\nRifles Must be 5.56x45/.223\, or 5.45x39.\nNo .30Cal\, 7.62\, or .300BLK allowed period. State/County rules.\nNo Full Auto\, FRT Triggers\, or Binary Triggers.\n9mm PCCs are allowed to shoot in the Competition Division.\nThis match can be shot in a plate carrier\, or chest/belt rig. Larp if you must.\nNO Steel Core / Bi-Metal Ammunition\, if you are found to be using steel penetrator or bimetal ammunition the club will charge you for damage & replacement of targets and props. If you are unsure of your ammo we will have a magnet to check your ammo for you.\nSuppressors\, Braced AR Pistols\, and Subguns(Competition Division) are allowed.\nWe are using USPSA PCC rules regarding transport and handling of all firearms. Chamber Flags are mandatory for all long guns including rifles\, carbines\, PCCs\, shotguns\, and any other long gun. Chamber Flags are available from SLPSA for $3 at the match. Slings CANNOT be used for transport. Long guns must always have a Chamber Flag properly inserted under the bolt unless under the direction of an RO or in a Safety Area.\nLong guns must transported in one of these ways:\n-Carried muzzle-up in the vertical so that the muzzle is above everyone's head\n-Carried in a case or bag that covers the long-gun from muzzle to trigger guard.\n-Carried held firmly in a cart or wagon vertical or near vertical so that anyone within 3' is not covered by the muzzle.\nRifle racks will be available. Vehicles are treated as a big weapon case- do not muzzle people getting long guns in and out of your vehicle. Cases and bags must be placed on a stage within 3' of a side berm with the muzzle into the berm.
