SUMMARY:FOP 113's 2026 2-Gun Competition
DESCRIPTION:FOP #113 presents the 2026 2-Gun competition!\nGet ready to test your skills with moving and shooting\, weapon manipulation\, and accuracy across 5 challenging stages. This fast-paced\, individual 2-gun match rewards quick target engagement and confident\, safe shooting from demanding positions.\nSCHEDULE:\nMatch will take place on Saturday\, October 17th\n7:30 A.M.			                Gates open\n7:30 A.M. – 8:30 A.M.		Waivers signed\n8:40 A.M.			                Safety Brief (mandatory for ALL shooters)\n9:00 A.M.			                First Shots\nEach shooter will run stages with one pistol and one rifle/PCC\, engaging targets from various positions\, props\, and unsupported standing shots. Scoring will be Time Plus Points.\nWHAT YOU WILL NEED:\nRifle/PCC:\n•	Accurate rifle with sights\, red dot\, or LPVO.\n•	At least 2 magazines\n•	Chamber flag (required)\n•	Rifle sling (required)\nPistol:\n•	At least 2 magazines\n•	Belt mounted mag pouch\n•	Holster - rigid\, belt mounted\, outside-the-waistband (OWB)\n        Holster MUST securely enclose the gun from all sides and fully cover the trigger guard.\n        NO collapsible or race holsters permitted.\nEye and ear protection (mandatory)\n•	Required for all shooters and spectators\nROUND COUNT:\n•	200 Pistol\n•	200 Rifle/PCC\n•	Round counts are based on one (1) hit per steel target and two (2) hits per paper target unless otherwise •\n        specified in the stage brief.  All stages are unlimited\nHANDGUN\n1. Minimum caliber: 9mm\n2. Maximum caliber: .45ACP\n3. Maximum bullet velocity: 1600 fps\n4. Optical/electronic sight permitted.\n5. Maximum magazine load-to capacity\n6. Maximum magazine length: no\n7. No frame mounted optics\n8. Gas Pedals: no restrictions\n10. Flashlights/lasers allowed\n11. Magwells allowed\n12. DA/SA guns equipped with a manual safety are not required to be decocked as long as the manual safety is applied. If the DA/SA gun only has a decocker but no manual safety\, the hammer must be decocked before the start of the stage.\n13. SAO guns must have manual safety applied before holstering/the start of the stage.\n14. Magnums NOT allowed\nRIFLE\n1. Minimum caliber: 5.45x39\n2. Maximum caliber: .308/7.62x51\n3. Magazines that are capable of holding more than 30 rounds (including drums) are\nallowed\n5. Coupled magazines (side by side) are prohibited\n6. Magwells: aftermarket or add-on magwells are prohibited\, however lower receivers that\nhave built in flared magwells are allowed.\n7. Muzzle Devices:\n     i. Suppressors allowed\n     ii. Muzzle brakes and flash hiders permitted\nPISTOL CALIBER CARBINE (PCC)\n1. Pistol Caliber Carbines fall within the rifle category for this competition (the PCC is not considered a handgun)\n2. Suppressors allowed\nFRT type triggers and full auto are not permitted in this competition.\nSCORING:\n•	Scoring will be Time Plus Points\n•	Note:  This match will generally follow RSO driven and briefed general rules for safety\nFOOD\n•	Catered lunch will be provided for all shooters following the match in the FOP Lodge during the awards ceremony.\nREFUNDS:\n•	If you're unable to attend\, refund requests submitted by 10/14/2026 will be honored in full\, less a $5 administrative fee.\n        No refunds will be issued after this date.  However\, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another participant at any time.
