SUMMARY:Volusia ICORE and Friends Florida Cup and Classifier Extravaganza May 24 2026
DESCRIPTION:For the May match\, we are combining two events\, the Second Florida ICORE Cup\, between the three Florida clubs\, Escambia County\, Central Florida Rifle and Pistol Club\, and Volusia County along with ICORE's request for more classifiers in the Big 6 and Classic divisions.  Big 6 and Classic divisions are highly encouraged for this match. If you want to shoot both Big 6 and Classic\, feel free. We will allow time to quickly change rigs if needed.\nThe Florida Cup will be decided using three criteria:\n1. Total number of ICORE members participating in your matches during April - July.\n2. An average of the 6 classifiers shot during your April - July matches to find a club score.\n3. Total number of Big 6 and Classic classifiers sent in to ICORE HQ.\nEach criteria will be evaluated and a score of 6 points to first place\, 4 points for second and 2 points for third.\nAll shooters participating in a match\, regardless of their home club\, will count for that club's aggregate score.\nWe will shoot the following classifiers for the FL Cup. CS-022\, CS-025\, CS-026\, CS-027\, CS-036\, and CS-037. The round count is 120.\nRegistration begins at 8:30 am with the match briefing at 9:00 am.\nMatch Fee is $15 for VCGHC members and $20 for non-members. Shooters who wish to shoot a second gun may do so for an additional $10. A second gun requires a separate registration. If the second gun is a "snubby" in the same division as the other gun- please put "Snubby" after your last name in the registration so it will be easily distinguished when scoring as it won't necessarily show as a different division. Only revolver scores will be submitted to ICORE.\nWe also invite semi-auto shooters to join us. You will shoot following ICORE rules. You are limited to 8 rounds in any magazine and start with 8 rounds in the gun. Just register in the semi-auto iron sights (Semi-IS) or semi-auto optic sights\, (Semi-OS) divisions. List classification as Unclassified. If there are enough in this division\, we can set you up in your own squad. Plan on enough magazines for 36 round stages.
