SUMMARY:SGC 2026_07_05 Steel Challenge Salisbury Gun Club
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to SGC's Inaugural Steel Challenge Match!  We will use 2 of our 3 Pistol Bays\, and run 2 squads.  We will do 4 stages\, at least 3 of them will be official stages.  With a stage swap after shooting the first 2.\nSCSA Level 1 Match.\nBring 120 rounds.  Probably need 100 for the match.\nIn the event of inclement weather\, the shooting positions will be setup under tents. Check SGC Practical Shooting Matches Facebook page for updated weather cancellations.\nCheck-in begins at 1230\, safety briefing at 1250\, hammer down at 1300.\nSteel Challenge Rules can be found at https://scsa.org/rules\nFee is $16.  Limit one (1) division per shooter while we start this up!\nShooters and spectators will require eye and ear protection when on the range.\nOur range is a cold range. Guns must remain holstered or cased except when under direction of RO on the firing line or in a safe handling area. Prior to the match all guns must be cleared. SGC is a cold range. If you arrive with a loaded carry gun\, please contact a range officer for instruction to safe firearm. For Pistol Caliber Carbines and .22 Rimfire Rifles an empty chamber indicator (ECI) or safety flag is required as well as a case for transport.\nPlease stay tuned as we bring this event to SGC!
