DESCRIPTION:WE SHOOT AT SUNDOWN!\nATTENDING THE EVENT\nEveryone must sign the Origin Shooting waiver & agrees to be bound by these rules\nEveryone will attend the Safety Briefing & New Shooters will identify themselves\nEye and Ear protection will be worn at all times by everyone on the range\nDO NOT bring a loaded gun to the Safety Briefing. Empty gun means empty chamber\, empty mag well\, pistols remain holstered\, PCC’s remain bagged or flagged\nThe Admin bay will remain permanently lit with working tables & chairs\nGUNS\, GEAR\, & EQUIPMENT\nFirearms must be safe and serviceable to use in this event\nHolsters must be worn on the belt. No inside the waistband\, Crossdraw\, Chest\, Ankle\, small of the back (6 o'clock)\, or Shoulder holsters\nNormal calibers are allowed (9mm\, 40sw\, 45acp\, etc) Unusual calibers are not allowed (.22LR\, 5.7x28mm\, .50AE)\nNight Vision division registration will be at the discretion of the Match Director.\nShooters are required to bring & wear reflective safety belts at all times\nShooters are required to bring flashlights or headlamps for target reset\nDIVISIONS\nPistol WML - Any pistol with a weapon mounted light\, OWB holster\, and 23rd magazines\nPCC - Any PCC with a weapon mounted light\, PCC bag\, no magazine capacity limit\nNVG/NODs Pistol - Night Vision Equipment\, Pistol\, and 23rd magazines\nNVG/NODs PCC -  Night Vision Equipment and PCC\, PCC bag\, no magazine capacity limit\nCOLORS\nWHITE designates targets that ARE meant to be shot\nBLACK designates targets that are NOT meant to be shot\nBLUE designates activator plates for moving targets\nYELLOW designates range equipment that is NOT meant to be shot\nCOURSES OF FIRE\nShooters will have 5 minutes to read the Written Stage Briefing and walk-through a course of fire when arriving to a new shooting bay\nIt’s your responsibility to reset targets when you are not the next shooter\nIt’s your responsibility to be ready and waiting when you are the next shooter\nYour course of fire officially starts when you are told to “Load & Make Ready”\n“Load & Make Ready” means load and holster your gun\, check all your gear\n“Are You Ready?” is the Range Officer confirming that you are ready begin\n“Standby” is the Range Officer informing you they are about to start the timer\n***BEEP*** is the audible sound of the timer to begin your course of fire\n“Are You Done?” is the Range Officer asking if you are finished shooting\n“Unload and Show Clear” means unload and show the Range Officer an empty gun\n“Hammer Down and Holster” means dry fire in a safe direction then holster\nYour course of fire is officially over once you holster your empty pistol\n“STOP!” means freeze\, finger off the trigger\, keep the gun pointed downrange\nSCORING\nShot timer + Penalties = Stage Time. All 4 Stages added together = Total Time\nThere is no calibration for steel targets. The Range Officer can call hit if witnessed\nFailure to knock down a knockover target is +10 seconds per target\nFailure to hit hanging steel is +10 seconds per target\nFailure to start with a blue activator plate is +10 seconds per shot\nFailure to spin the spinner is +60 seconds per target\nShooting a no-shoot target is +10 seconds per shot\nShooting outside the designated area is +10 seconds per shot\nDisobeying the Written Stage Briefing is +10 seconds per shot\nShooting range equipment is +60 seconds per hit (and see DAMAGE below)\nTurning your light on during another shooter's course of fire is +60 seconds\nDAMAGE\nShooting the range equipment (painted Yellow) is $20 per hit fine because our range equipment is custom made and we need it to last a long time\nThe Match Director will review each situation to determine fault\, if it is not the shooter’s fault because of bad range design there will be no $20 per hit fine\nRE-SHOOTS\nRe-shoots will be granted for range malfunctions\nRe-shoots WILL NOT be granted for shooter malfunctions (this includes equipment used by the shooter)\, Example: During the course of fire a shooter's NVG malfunctions (falls off helmet or goes dead\, etc)\, The Range officer will command "STOP" and "UNLOAD AND SHOW CLEAR"\, the stage will be scored by the time plus any procedural penalties and penalties assessed for targets left standing. So make sure your gear is strapped on tight and ready to go!\nDISQUALIFICATIONS\nThese are Match DQ’s not Stage DQ’s which means if you are disqualified then you are finished shooting for the day\nThe Match Director will review all DQ’s\, Match Director decisions are final\, there are no appeals and there are no refunds\nUnintentional\, Negligent or Accidental discharge of your firearm at any time during the event is a DQ\nHaving a loaded gun at any time during the event is a DQ\, unless you are the shooter executing a course of fire\nGun handling at any time during the event is a DQ\, unless you are the shooter executing a course of fire or working at a safe table\nDropping a gun during your course of fire is a DQ. If you drop a gun outside your course of fire then get a Range Officer to assist with recovery\nBreaking the 180 degree barrier\, Muzzling any part of yourself\, Muzzling anyone else during your course of fire is a DQ\nFinger on the trigger while Reloading\, Clearing a malfunction\, or while Moving and not actively shooting at targets during your course of fire is a DQ\nDisagreeing with a Range Officer is allowed but being disrespectful is not\, so know the difference because Unsportsmanlike Conduct is a DQ
