Nominal round count: TBD\nSignificant deviations from the base PCSL rules:\n1. Using green tip or steel core ammunition is prohibited.\n2. No handling of firearms outside the safe area or without the direction of a range officer. Long guns may be uncased or removed from a cart only while pointed directly at the berm. Once uncased or removed\, they must be carried vertically per §1.3.1.3.\n3. No ammo handling on the safe table.\n4. ECI (chamber flag) is required for all long arms.\nMatch schedule:\n8:30 AM: shooters' meeting (and mandatory safety briefing) at Pit 1.\n9:00 AM: first shots; please be ready at your pit.\nRegistration\, payment\, signing the HSC Liability Waiver\, and self-squadding via Practiscore are required (no walk-ins).\nWaitlisting is enabled once the match is full. If you are on the waitlist\, you may be approved to shoot up to the night before the match. If approved\, payment is due within 24 hours. If the fee is not remitted on time\, the competitor will be removed\, and the slot will be advanced to the next waitlisted candidate.\nIf you are approved to shoot and will cancel\, please do so as soon as possible\, as a courtesy to other waitlisted shooters. Squads may need to be rebalanced to distribute newer shooters or volunteer ROs evenly.\nRefunds incur a $2 fee charged by the credit card processing company. Match fee will not be refunded if requested after 8 PM on Saturday (7 days before registration closes).\nIf the match is canceled\, all competitor registrations are automatically transferred to the next scheduled match. Shooters unable to participate will be refunded in accordance with the policy listed above.\nIf you want to volunteer as a staff member or have general match questions\, please email the match director or info@metrowesttactical.com.\nParticipation expectations:\n- Familiarity with the PCSL and range rules.\n- Resetting and taping targets for other shooters.\n- Clearing the pit of rifle-caliber casings.\n- Tearing down the stage on which the squad finishes and loading the range truck\, if it's available.\nVolunteering discounts and perks:\n- Match build allows priority registration and free shooting. Email info@metrowesttactical.com to volunteer before registration opens. The build shift occurs the day before the match. The refund will be applied at the end of the build shift.\n- Working as a Range Officer provides a $10 discount on the fee. The refund will be applied after the match.\n- After-match cleanup provides $20 off the fee.
