DESCRIPTION:***2026 Match Announcement – Please Read***\nWe are implementing a new match format. All shooters must arrive by 0730 and assist with setting up their starting stage. Squads must report to their assigned bays as follows:\nSquad 1 – Bay 6\nSquad 2 – Bay 8\nSquad 3 – Bay 10\nSquad 4 – Bay 11\nSquad 5 – Bay 16 or 200yd Long Range Pad\nStage setup leaders will coordinate the build. Once your stage coordinator confirms setup is complete\, proceed to Bay 8 to check in and prepare your gear. The safety meeting is scheduled for 0845.\nWe appreciate everyone’s cooperation in sharing setup responsibilities. We will continue to evaluate and adjust this process as needed. Acceptable reasons for late arrival include:\n1. Medical limitations\n2. Anyone over 70 years old\n3. Travel time to the match is over 2 hours\nThe match will consist of five stages.\nMatch fees are $15 for WEGC Full Members and $25 for Limited Members and guests.\nRecommended loadout: 150 rounds each for rifle and pistol\, 35 birdshot\, 5 buckshot\, and 5 slugs.\nFor questions\, please contact lesa@wegc.org.\nMatch directors arrive at 0700\nSign-in and stage setup begins at 0730\nMandatory shooters’ meeting at 0845\nFirst shots downrange at 0900\nFor range location\, visit: \nLocation
