DESCRIPTION:NOTE:\nThe International Defensive Pistol Association\, Inc. (IDPA)\, in response to numerous reports and videos\, is immediately prohibiting the use of the SIG Sauer P320 in all of it’s variants from any competition or event under the name of IDPA. All other SIG Sauer models may be used in the division appropriate for their configuration.\nThe goal of IDPA is safety first for our members\, competitors\, staff and spectators and all others associated with any IDPA event. While we have no direct knowledge of the potential technical defect of the weapon system\, the volume of ranges\, organizations and military units declaring a problem has made it too visible to deny. We will re-evaluate this decision in the future if new credible information emerges.\n“IDPA is committed to maintaining a fair\, competitive\, and inclusive environment for all shooters\,” said IDPA President Joyce Wilson. “Banning a particular firearm is the last thing we ever want to do as an organization\, but the safety of our members and potential spectators has to come first.”\nMATCH INFORMATION\nSet up 8:00am - 9:30am (help appreciated)\nRegistration 8:30am - 9:30am\nShooter Meeting 9:45am\nMatch Begins 10:00am\nCost - $25 (Linden Members $15)\nRefunds for withdraw available until end of day on 6-4-26.\nWe will withhold a $2 fee to cover costs we are charged for the transaction.\nNo refunds for no shows.\nNo future match credits.\nAppendix Carry is now allowed at Linden Sportsmen Club.\nAny muzzle pointed over any berm at any time is a match DQ\, except for revolvers with the cylinder out. Linden\, MI 48451\nSUNDAY ONLY - August 9\, 2026\n(Staff shoots on Saturday\, August 8)\nWe have a limited number of shooter spots available on Staff day. Please reach out to the MD if you would like to shoot on Saturday.\nRegistration opens on January 12th and closes on July 1st. Shooters can waitlist after registration closes.\nNo shirt guarantee after July 1st.\nRefund Policy: Refund for withdraw will be Match price minus $10 to cover the fees we are charged when payment is made. No refunds after July 1st.\nAll divisions and classifications are welcome at the Match. Appendix carry is allowed.\nYou must be a current IDPA member with a current classification in the division you are shooting.\nNo division changes after registration closes.\nClassification changes as needed. If your classification changes\, please either update your registration or reach out to the MD.\nRules: Current IDPA Rulebook\nClub Rules: For the duration of the Match\, the club has been designated a Cold Range. PCCs require a chamber flag and will be carried to and from the line muzzle up. Muzzles over the berm will result in a DQ with the exception being revolvers during a reload. A dropped firearm anywhere on club property is Match DQ.\nWe have limited seating benches on some of our bays. A portable chair would be a good idea\, as well as a wagon/cart. The bays are fairly close together\, but there is still a little walking between rows.\nSnacks and water will be available on the bays throughout the day. The meal will be served after the match during the one hour protest period. If you would like a guest meal\, please indicate that below.\nStages: 11 + Chrono\nRound Count: 200ish (including chrono)\nTentative Schedule:\nStaff Arrival: 7:00am - 7:15am\nCheck in and Mandatory Equipment Check: 7:30am - 8:15am\nStaff Meeting: 8:30am\nShooters Meeting: 8:45am\nShooting Begins: 9:00am\nWe have some rustic camping available (grassy area on the trap field\, or in the parking lot - no hookups).
