SUMMARY:1st Annual Alaska Steel Challenge Open
DESCRIPTION:Join us at our brand-new outdoor range in North Pole\, Alaska for a Level 1 Steel Challenge Match! We’re aiming to fill the range with shooters from near and far for this exciting three-day event\, featuring all eight official Steel Challenge stages. Even though this is a Level One match\, we aim to include all the elements of an upper-level major match\, including a prize table\, awards ceremony\, food trucks\, match jerseys for sale\, and staff shirts.\nEvent Schedule:\nWe will shoot a total of 4 sessions\, Friday afternoon (June 12) staff and competitors\, Saturday morning and afternoon and Sunday morning. You may register and shoot up to 2 guns/divisions per session. Please be sure to select the same squad when registering in more than one division.\nImmediately upon completion of the official match\, we will offer slots to the overall top 16 shooters to compete in a Mano a Mano shoot off.  This will be a single elimination shoot off\, independent from the official match with a separate award!\nFollowing the posting of final match results\, we will host an awards ceremony along with a sponsor table. Shooters and spectators can also enjoy a variety of food trucks on-site throughout the weekend.\nMatch Fees:\nRegistration prior to March 31:\n$25.00 match entry\n$20.00 for each additional division\nRegistration beginning April 1:\n$35.00 match entry\n$30.00 for each additional division\nOur range is family-friendly and offers camper and tent sites for those looking for the full Alaskan experience. Campsites must be reserved by April 5 and are located approximately 10 minutes from the range. Please note that campsites do not include water or electrical hookups; however\, the nearby lake is fully stocked for legal fishing.\nFor those traveling in who prefer not to camp during their Alaskan stay\, we’re excited to share that we’ve secured lodging at Hotel North Pole\, located approximately 15 minutes from the range. This hotel is well known for selling out quickly during the summer season.\nMatch registration includes exclusive discounted room rates\, and if you’d like assistance with booking\, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our match staff—we’re happy to help!\n*****UPDATE!!
