ALL MATCH SHOOTERS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE PRIOR MULTIGUN/COMPETITIVE RIFLE MATCH SHOOTING EXPERIENCE.\nALL MATCH SHOOTERS ARE EXPECTED TO FOLLOW THE FOUR BASIC RULES OF FIREARM SAFETY AT ALL TIMES DURING THE MATCH.\nDUE TO MATCH SIZE\, SHOOTERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED MORE THAN ONE ENTRY.\nThere will be six courses of fire. Sign in begins at 8:00 a.m. at the Clubhouse. Shooter Meeting starts at 8:30 a.m. in the parking lot in front of the Clubhouse. Shooting begins immediately following the Shooter Meeting.\nRound count is approximately 250 rds. It never hurts to bring extra....\nDivisions (all rifles/pistols must have a brace or stock)\nAll rifles must be chambered in a centerfire rifle round at least 5.45x39 or larger. NO PISTOL CALIBER CARBINES (PCCs) WILL BE PERMITTED AT THIS MATCH.\nFreedom (ARs)\nAnything goes\, no optic restrictions\, no mag restrictions = Open Division rules\nMutant (non-AKs)\nAny non-AK chambered in 7.62x39/5.45x39 (Galil\, Sig 556r\, AR47\, etc.) or Non-AR chambered in 5.56 (i.e. FS2000\, Tavor\, etc.). All SKS regardless of clip or mag fed are permitted in this division as well\n= Open Division rules\nModern (AKs)\nRed dot/magnifier/LPVO all permitted\n“Modern” muzzle brakes permitted\nSuppressors are ok\n = TacOps Division rules\nCaveman (AKs)\nIrons only\, no optics\n“Modern” muzzle brakes permitted\nMax 30 round magazine\nMatch scoring will follow the 2026 M3G Ruleset which has been adopted by BRASS for the 2026 season (see match docs).\nThere will be a charity pistol side stage TBD for $5 per run. Fastest time of the day will split pot 50/50 w/ BRASS. Depending on number of paid runs\, may split pot with top 2-3 fastest times (will post more information closer to the match). The side stage will be open to shooters while they are shooting the stage in Bay 1 (same as last year).\nNOTICE: BI-METAL JACKETED AMMO IS FINE TO USE FOR THE MATCH (Wolf\, Tula\, Red Army\, etc.). HOWEVER\, NO ARMOR PIERCING\, "GREEN TIP\," STEEL CORE\, 7n6 OR OTHER AMMO THAT MAY DAMAGE AND/OR DESTROY STEEL TARGETS IS PERMITTED. ALL SHOOTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING WHAT AMMUNITION THAT THEY ARE RUNNING THROUGH THEIR RIFLES. USE OF RESTRICTED AMMUNITION RESULTING IN DAMAGE/DESCTRUCTION OF STEEL TARGETS WILL RESULT IN MATCH DQ AND PAYMENT IN FULL  FOR ANY DAMAGED/DESTROYED TARGETS BEFORE THE SHOOTER LEAVES THE CLUB PROPERTY AT A COST OF $100 PER TARGET. SUMMARY:Caro BRASS 2026 Trident 3 Man Team 2 Gun Match
DESCRIPTION:IT'S BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCKKKKKK!!!\nThe Trident 3 Man Team Match is back! This only twist is that it is now a 2 Gun match...\nShooters will register as one team\, with the three last names of your team's shooters in alphabetical order\n(i.e. First Name: Baker\n       Last Name: Norris Williams).\nTeams must have three shooters. Shooters cannot shoot on multiple teams.\nThere will be two divisions (Open and Everybody Else). Open teams may consist of 1-3 Open shooters. Everybody Else teams may consist of a combination of Modified Optics\, TacOps\, and/or Limited shooters\, but may not have an Open shooter on the team. However\, an Everybody Else shooter can shoot on an Open team.\nAll rifles must be .223/5.56 or 7.62x39 (No .22lr\, Heavy (.308) rifles or PCCs).\n5 total COFs\, with two using all one firearm (i.e. all three shooters shoot an all pistol stage and an all rifle stage.)\n3 COFs will consist of using both firearms\, where teams will choose which team member shoots a particular firearm (i.e. 1 shooter will shoot pistol and the other 2 will shoot rifle\, etc.).\nFirearm arrays can be shot in any order (unless otherwise specified by the course description). This allows you to strategize and play to your team's strengths. Teams can decide which shooter is shooting a particular firearm on each multi-gun stage (i.e. a shooter doesn't have to be "the pistol guy" all day).\nPlan on bringing the regular monthly match ammo load out. We will be engaging rifle targets out to 200+ yds. This round count will vary considerably\, depending on whether a shooter is shooting rifle/pistol for their team.\nMatch fee is $100 per team.
