DESCRIPTION:Due to NY state laws\, all divisions/competitors are limited to maximum magazine capacity of 10 rounds.  Having more than 10 rounds in a magazine at any time is subject to match disqualification.\n3.3.1  In states where competitors are restricted by law to maximum magazine capacity\, that maximum capacity will be the maximum allowed for all competitors in the contest.
