7002-XL Waist Chain. The Model 7002C is designed for special security situations. The Model 7002C has one NIJ approved Model 700C handcuff positioned at each hip allowing for either parallel arm or cross arm handcuffing. The special 72 inch heat treated steel chain includes padlock rings for waist size adjustments. Two keys supplied. Made in USA.
