DESCRIPTION:IDPA is the use of practical equipment including full charge service ammunition to solve simulated “real world” self-defense scenarios using firearms that are suitable for self-defense use.  ** See note at bottom**\nOur matches usually consist of 4 stages - from very basic to quite difficult. Usually a mixture of scenario and standards.\nClub level matches officially start at 4 PM. You do not have to be present at the start of the match. You will shoot in the order that you check in once you’ve arrived at the range.\nDue to safety concerns on our indoor range\, no jacketed hollow-point\, steel core\, or Wolf brand ammunition allowed.\nMatch fees are due at signup\, $15 for non-members & $10 for NCRR members.  For members to receive the discount\, they must also be a NCRR member on Practiscore.  To become a NCRR member on Practiscore\, after applying for club membership on Practiscore\, you must confirm your NCRR membership by sending an email to idpa@ncrr.net (from the email account they use to log onto Practiscore) with your NCRR member number.  This must be done prior to registering for the match in order for me to add you for the Practiscore discount to take place.\nRefunds for withdrawals will be processed minus the credit card processing fee. DESCRIPTION:We’re excited to host our annual premier carry gun match\, the Everyday Carry (EDC) Championship\, at the SIG SAUER Academy! ALL BRANDS OF PISTOLS ARE ALLOWED TO COMPETE! The rulebook is included in the match documents below.\nThe match will be conducted in a one-day format with 10 practical shooting stages (think PCSL/USPSA with carry guns). Competitors may choose to shoot on either Saturday or Sunday. Staff will shoot on Friday and there will also be limited spots available on Friday for regular competitors. Registration will open at 0745 and the shooters brief will be held at 0845 daily.\nOur rulebook draws heavily on the PCSL rulebook with modifications made to encourage the use of common concealed carry equipment. The divisions are designed around common concealed carry pistols. The micro-compact division is designed to accommodate P365XL and similar sized pistols. The compact divisions are designed to accommodate P320 Compact (15-round grip module) and similar sized pistols. Due to popular demand\, we’ve developed the full-size division that is designed to accommodate full-size pistols (full-size P320 or similar sized pistols\, compact pistols with attachments that don’t fit in compact box\, etc.). Division specific boxes will be used to measure pistols. Division dimensions are included in the rulebook attached to this registration page. Iron sights and red dot sights won’t be included in the height of the pistol. DESCRIPTION:Join us for our 2026 Pistol League!\nThis is a NON-COMPETITIVE outdoor match\, USPSA/IDPA/PCSL like with hit factor scoring\, and welcoming to all levels of shooters.\nThere will be 3-5 stages (time and help depending) and a minimum of 100-125 rounds (recommended to bring more). Stage format will vary between short\, medium\, and long field courses with one USPSA classifier (this will not be submitted to USPSA\, practice only). Pistol or PCC equipment only (no rifle or rifle calibers will be allowed at this time).\nCheck-in will begin at 4:30pm and end at 5:15pm. Shooter safety briefing will begin at 5:15pm and shooting to commence at 5:30pm (safety briefing required to shoot that day - if you are running late please reach out). Shooters are also encouraged to help with stage setup\, resetting\, and teardown\, if you can arrive earlier to help please do so. Stage building will be performed the day of beginning at 3:30pm (for the first few matches we will be setting up most of it the prior day). NROI ROs\, IDPA SOs\, or NRA range officers are encouraged to help run the match (happy to train anyone as well).\nNOTE: Match only available to TLSC members and their allowed guests (guests must denote which member they are shooting under in their registration form). If you register and do not meet this criteria\, those registrations will be removed.\nPREREQUISITES:\nProficient with holster draw and safe gun handling. Match director or safety officer will confirm holster draw with all new shooters. Shooters may opt to begin from a low ready position\, in such cases please bring a pistol case or bag to make ready with.\nBoth OWB and IWB are allowed\, match director reserves the right to deem either unsafe for any shooter participating in this event (shooter may continue with low ready position) or disallow any equipment found to create a safety issue.\nEQUIPMENT REQUIRED:\n- Eye and ear protection\n- Safe handgun\n- Minimum of 3 magazines\n- Minimum of 2 magazine pouches\n- Belt specifically designed for holster use\n- Strong side holster specifically for your gun (SERPA brand is strictly prohibited)\nMATCH FEE NOTE: $10 fee is due to be paid in cash (zelle is also available at time of event) upon check-in. This fee covers targets and other consumable match items (targets\, sticks\, pasters) used during the match. For guests the standard $10 guest fee and waiver would still apply\, as well as the $10 match fee ($20 total).
