SUMMARY:FY27 Camp Lejeune Base Intramural Marksmanship Competition
DESCRIPTION:Each year Weapons Training Battalion hosts the Camp Lejeune Base Marksmanship Competition aboard the Stone Bay Range Complex.  The match is designed to increase the marksmanship proficiency of the units that participate and foster growth through a competitive environment.\nThe competition consists of 9 training days over a two-week period.  Week one will entail instruction on advanced pistol and rifle positions\, dynamic target engagement\, and individual marksmanship skills practice.  Week two will entail individual competition in the action rifle and action pistol disciplines\, unit team competitions\, and an awards ceremony.\nThe practice days will be full days and not be broken down into AM/PM. All squads will be present for the practice days at the beginning of training. SUMMARY:2026 EOSC IDPA Halloween Match
DESCRIPTION:Helpers with the Saturday morning setup can shoot on Saturday with the Safety Officers after the setup is completed mid-morning.  If the weather's decent on the Friday afternoon\, the match director will be at the range to get a head start on stage layout\, if you're available to lend a hand. We have just changed our policy regarding workers and free match entry. Those who help with the setup on Friday and/or Saturday  morning shoot for free.\nNote: We are only accepting EMTs for payment. Please send the EMT to idpa@eosc.ca.  The EMT will be auto-deposited therefore no password is required. For those who are helping build the match\, we'll approve your registration without an EMT.\nYou must still send an EMT to secure your spot on a shooting squad after your registration for the match has been approved.\nRemember - you are responsible for squadding yourself after paying and getting approved.  If you do not squad yourself you may risk losing your preferred spot to another shooter.\nAs always\, we are very grateful for assistance during the setup on Saturday starting after 8:30.\nWe will have pizza or hotdogs for the workers' lunch on Saturday.\nWe encourage new IDPA Members to come out and help setup on Saturday.\nSpectators are also welcomed if you want to help out or just watch.\nRecent graduates of the NSOC\, remember that your first match after your course is free\, just remind us so we do not charge you. SUMMARY:78W's "Rocktoberfest" - 2 Days of AKs
DESCRIPTION:78W's "Rocktoberfest" is a 10 stage\, 2 day\, Time Plus (Points) AK-only match.\nThis match is hosted at the beautiful Osprey Training Facility in southeastern North Carolina. Rocktoberfest will be ran on an AM/AM PM/PM format; If you shoot in the morning the first day\, you also shoot in the morning on the second day.\nStages will have static RO's. Expect a minimum round count of 350rds for a clean match on a mixture of static steel and paper\, with some active and reactive targets\, across a variety of stages highlighting the diverse infrastructure that Osprey Training Facility provides; bays\, jungle runs\, and lots of fast and dirty action down combat alley\, in the shoot houses\, and trench. We know what our AK family likes 😉\nExpect the professionally run but very fun AK match you've come to expect from our MD's. This is not a fitness match\, but you will do some moving. Furthest shot will be 200yds.\nThe complete 78 West rulebook will be posted below shortly and will be similar to that of Kalash Bash 2026 and PCSL. The rule book for the club and all matches is considered a living document and an active link will be available on the match posting on Practiscore.\nMatch directors Devin Axton/Drew Fex.\nSafety briefs tentatively scheduled for 8am & 1230pm each day\, first shots no later than 830am and 1pm; Times subject to change.\nAward ceremony to follow the conclusion of shooting on the 2nd day.
