In the Mini Palma match\, targets are scaled to simulate distance. Some match details:\n* Distance is 100 yards\n* Shooting is from the prone or bench position.\n* Consists of 30 shots\, loaded singly.\n* Ten shots for score at each target\, with twenty sighters permitted.\n* Time limit is 45 minutes to complete the match target.\n* Cost is $8.00 for just this shoot; $15 if shooting both relays.\n* Held on the second Saturday of each month from April through October\, weather and range conditions permitting.\n* Attendees need to arrive by 8:30am for the safety brief and prep. DESCRIPTION:The Homestead IDPA tier 1 monthly match is open to all IDPA divisions and classifications.\nNew shooters and junior participants are allowed to use a .22 LR caliber firearm but such small caliber may not be able to knock down steel targets.\nImportant:\n- Registration is at 8 am at the tiki hut on Indigo bay and we'll start shooting at 8:30 am. Please be signed in and ready to go by 8:20 am.\n- Cost is $30 per shooter. Cash only\, to be paid when you sign in the morning of the match.\n- We'll have 6 stages\, min round count is ~120 but we recommend bringing at least 150 rd in case of reshoots.\n- Handgun shooters: you will need your firearm\, a suitable hard holster\, a min of 3 magazines\, and two mag pouches.\n- PCC shooters - you will need your carbine\, a min of 2 magazines\, and a mag pouches unless you keep your extra mag(s) in a pocket.\n- There will be 6 squads of 12 shooters each. Squadding may change to balance the number of shooters\, squad experience and safety officers.\n- We need help to set up. DESCRIPTION:This is our monthly steel match at RRPC\, open to the general public.\nThe match fee is $10\, payable in cash or check (made out to "Cash") on the day of the match.  Exact change is greatly appreciated.  Match staff shoots for free.\nThe match comprises three stages and features approximately 90 reactive steel targets.\nThe match is held on the lower ranges.  Shooters check in at the Pistol Range Firing Line starting at 8:00 AM.  Shooters briefing is at 8:30 AM\, and shooting starts immediately after the briefing ends.\nEar and eye protection is mandatory for all\, including spectators.\nThis match is run as a Cold Range\, meaning no one has a loaded gun until they are at a shooting position and commanded to load by their safety officer.\nIDPA/USPSA safety rules and commands govern this match.\nCompetition divisions for this event are:\nCFPI - Center-Fire Pistols with iron(open) sights\nCFPO - Center-Fire Pistols with optics\nPCC - Center-Fire Pistol Caliber Carbines or braced pistols\nAmmo must be common pistol cartridges\, no magnums please. No steel core ammo allowed.  Bring plenty of ammo!\nScoring is elapsed time plus 5 seconds for any target not knocked over or down. DESCRIPTION:This is the seventh Action Shooting match hosted by the Walden Sportsmen's Club for the 2026 season. This is the club's annual BUG (Back Up Gun) Action Pistol Match. A BUG is any centerfire carry gun that has a 3.5" barrel or shorter. No rimfire guns allowed. The course of fire will include 6 challenging stages that include steel targets\, paper IPSC targets (brown)\, and paper no shoots (white). Round count is to be determined. A .380 auto caliber centerfire handgun (3.5" barrel or shorter) or larger is required. NO holster or magazine pouches are required. All stages will be consist of 5 shot strings\, so reloading on the clock will not be necessary\, and it is revolver friendly! Minimum age for shooters is 14 years of age. The match fee will be $5 / member and family\, guests are $10 and will be collected at the range when you check in. The match will be limited to 30 shooters. This event is NOT open to the public.

The general rules are the same as in the OSA M-Class course of fire.\nEar protection is required\, electronic ear defenders are recommended. Safety glasses are required.\nIf you have a low-power riflescope\, a spotting scope is recommended.\n$75.00 for non-members. $25.00 off for OSA members and $25.00 off for OSA affiliate members. Disregarding this will result in a 3 second procedural penalty and a failure to do right penalty of 10 seconds.\n   -If there are fault lines\, the shooter must “slice the pie.”\n   -A loaded magazine left on the ground is legal.\n   -Police or active duty personnel are exempt from the concealment rules while using a duty rig.\n   -On stage #1 at every CCM event\nIf the start position is outside of the door\, the gun cannot be removed from the holster until the shooter is inside the door. Failure to do so is a DQ. Safety is of highest priority at all times.
