You will be required to shoot from various positions\, props\, and sometimes standing unsupported.  Rifle must be .223-.30 caliber.  Magnums NOT allowed.\nPistol targets may range from 15-100yds\, consisting spinners\, hostage situations\, a plate rack\, a dual Texas Star\, 50% & 66% IPSC targets.  Pistol must be a 9mm-45 caliber handgun\, less than 12” in overall length.  Magnums NOT allowed.  Red dot sights ARE allowed and recommended on pistol.\n These matches are Time Plus\, which means your score will be your completion time for the stage\, plus 10 seconds if you hit a hostage\, and/or minus 10 seconds for hitting the bonus target. Both will be low ready only positions and rifles will need a chamber flag and bag to go to and from the line. There will be a 10 round magazine limit with an unlimited amount of magazines allowed at the line with exception of 22 Rifles and in the Unlimited Auto classes\, high capacity mags CAN be used in rifles and Unlimited Auto ONLY. All firearms will need to be bagged or holstered at all times unless at the firing line. With the weather getting cooler this will be a lower round count match.\n****PLEASE BE SURE TO SQUAD AFTER REGISTERING. THERE IS NO WAIT TO BE APPROVED****\nSign in will start at 8:00am with a mandatory safety brief at 8:45. DESCRIPTION:The Georgia Mountain Shooting Association presents fun and challenging PCC and Pistol 2-Gun matches on every other month schedule\, weather permitting.\nRegistration is online via Practiscore only.\nCost is $20 for most\, $15 for members. Setup crew and ROs shoot free.\nPre-registration is required\, squad sizes are 12 max.\nThe match is limited to 48 shooters\, including ROs.\nIf you register and decide you cannot make it\, PLEASE WITHDRAW FROM MATCH AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE HAND SO SOMEONE ELSE CAN TAKE YOUR SPOT.\n Payment will still be onsite along with sign-in at the 50yd. range shelter.\n THERE WILL BE NO PRE-MATCH STAGE WALK THROUGHS. You will\n have time to walk each stage before your squad shoots it.\nPlease bring the Personal Protective Equipment that you are comfortable with.\nThere are generally 4-5 stages with total round count being 100-125rounds but bring extra!\nRifles and Pistols must be chambered in 22LR. NO Magnum calibers.\nGMSA is a COLD RANGE match\, all firearms must be unloaded until directed otherwise by a Safety Officer.\nAppendix carry\, IWB holsters\, and pistol sharing with other competitors is prohibited. All holsters must be OWB secured to the belt with clips/paddle\, or belt loops and worn at waist level. Thigh rigs are permitted\, and the leg strap must be worn.
