DESCRIPTION:The Intown Atlanta IDPA match is a Level I match usually with four (4) stages and a cutoff of 32 shooters. Please have your kit on and be ready for a shooter meeting at 5:50 p.m. so we can start promptly at 6 p.m.\nLocation: Freedom Outdoors Shooting Center\, 485 Bishop St. NW\, Atlanta\, GA 30318\nSetup starts: 5 p.m.\nNew shooter safety brief: 5:30 p.m. (prompt)\nPre-match meeting: 5:50 p.m.\nFirst shots: 6 p.m.\nNew shooters are welcome! New shooters\, or anyone who would like a safety refresher\, MUST be present by 5:30 p.m. for safety brief. If you're not present at the start of the safety brief you will not shoot.\nIDPA ranges are COLD ranges. All weapons will be UNLOADED\, in a holster or case\, will be slide forward or cylinder closed with the hammer or striker down. DESCRIPTION:Sharpshooters Indoor Range Bulls-Eye Match (Cold Range\, make sure all firearms are completely empty before coming into the store).\nNote: Due to SharpShooters range policy\, until further notice\, there will be no Centerfire Rifles greater than 223/556 allowed in any competitions at SharpShooters Indoor Range. The ammo for 223/556 must be 55 gr or less. PCC and 22LR rifles will be the only rifles\, carbines\, PDWs\, or SBRs allowed. Steel Core ammo has never been allowed\, and anyone caught shooting it in the SharpShooter Range will be banned for life.\nAll firearms will be shot offhand (unsupported). Slings (for rifles) and Shooting jackets are allowed.\nThe Bullseye match is a game of accuracy and mental clarity. All pistol shooters will shoot together at 5\, 10\, and 15 yards (Rifles 15\, 20 & and 25 yards). 10 rounds max per distance and 3 minutes max per distance. X-rings will be used to break tie scores. A free SharpShooters match/range pass will be awarded to each class winner. Divisions are 22 Rimfire Pistol\, 22 Rimfire Rifle\, Centerfire handgun\, and Restricted Centerfire rifle. There are no sighting system restrictions. Once shooters start to assemble in the bay\, no shooting or gun handling is allowed until instructed by the SO. Warm-up and gun handling can only be done in the adjacent bay. All scores will be posted on the Upstate Sport Shooting Group FB page.\nRemember that this is an unsupported shooting match. You cannot lean against any of the structures in the room.  We ask that you back away from the stall table 3"-6" while keeping the firearm within the stall walls. Minimum Equipment: Rifles must have a chamber flag installed when not in a rifle case. Pistol or Revolver\, Holster or pouch\, 3 mags (one mag is OK\, you'll have to reload between strings) loaded to 10\, eye and ear protection. You may shoot in up to 3 divisions\, but you must sign up separately for them. There will be a $5 fee for any or all additional divisions. DESCRIPTION:The match will be held at Pioneer Sportsmen in Dunbarton\, NH.\nCompetitors must attend the safety brief which will start 30 minutes before first shots for each flight\, 8:00 AM for AM flights and 12:30 PM for PM fights.\nOne gun per competitor per flight\, no reentries in the same division. Must be cased or held securely in a cart with the muzzle pointing down within one foot of the cart except when at the firing line or safe table\n          Safe tables will be clearly marked.  Ammo may not be handled at the safe tables.\n          Firearms must be bagged when transported from or to your vehicle. No unbagged firearms are allowed in the parking lot at any time.\n          Full auto firearms may be used in semi auto mode.\n          Only one shot per trigger pull.\n          No binary triggers\, bump stocks\, FRTs or similar devices allowed.\n          Magazines may not be retrieved from the ground between the start signal and range is clear command.\nIt is the shooter’s responsibility to adhere to all applicable laws.\nMatch Procedures-\n     Knock down all visible targets in any order from the shooting position(s).\n     Score will be time from the start signal to the last shot plus a five-second penalty for each target that is not down.\n     Start Position\n          Any/all safety mechanisms must be in working order and engaged. If a firearm has no external safety\, the hammer must be down\n          Standing behind the table\, both hands on firearm with muzzle touching the table.\n          Fingers must be clearly outside the trigger guard.\n     Range officer may declare a target down if it is hit more than once and fails to fall. Offering a reshoot will be the discretion of the range officer. Keep shooting until all targets are down.\n     There will be no “failure to engage” penalties.\n     There will be two minute time limit on all match stages.\n          This is not a par time (there will be no penalty for overtime shots) but a means to ensure match flow.\n          If invoked\, the range officer will stop the competitor who will then receive the time on the timer plus a five-second penalty for each target still standing.\n     Acceptable calibers: 9×19 mm\, .40 S&W\, .45 Auto\, 38 Special.  No magnum loads in any caliber.  No ammo over 1350 fps.\n     Practiscore will be used for scoring. Competitors are encouraged to review and accept their score after the “range is clear” command.\nRange Commands-\n     Range commands will be issued in the following format\n     “Make ready” – Competitor will unbag\, or draw their firearm\, or remove PCC from cart\, load\, and assume the start position. Sight pictures are allowed from the shooting area of the start position.\n     “Are you ready?” -The  lack of response from the competitor is assumed to be affirmative\n     “Stand by” -This command will be followed by brief pause before start signal. If a competitor moves before the start signal\, the range officer will restart with “are you ready?”\n     Start signal (beep from the timer) – competitor engages targets\n     “Stop” – If needed.  The competitor will stop shooting and await further instruction\n     “If you are finished\, unload and show clear” (or just “unload and show clear” if a competitor is stopped) – remove magazine or empty the cylinder\, show the cleared firearm to the range officer.\n     If clear\, one of the follow instructions are given. Note that “hammer down” means “pull the trigger while pointed at the rear berm”\n     Auto – “If clear\, hammer down and bag” (or “holster”)\n     Revolver – “If clear\, close cylinder and bag” (or “holster”)\n     PCC – “If clear\, hammer down\, flag and bag” (or “return to cart”)\n     “Range is clear” followed by the competitor’s time- it is safe to retrieve magazines or clips and proceed downrange to reset.\nThe match will be held at Pioneer Sportsmen in Dunbarton\, NH.
