SUMMARY:Topton August 2-Gun Challenge Match
DESCRIPTION:This is a 2-Gun Challenge match hosted at Topton Fish and Game Association. We will be following the Topton Challenge Match ruleset (Please see attached match Documents). There are 3 Divisions\, Lightfighter (Open)\, Armored\, and Retro (Iron Sights only). This is an extremely physical match with longer par times\, lots of cardio\, running\, jumping\, throwing things\, and shooting while winded. Typical matches require 150 rounds of pistol and 150 rounds of rifle. Sign-in the day of the match is open from 7:30am to 8:30am\, with a mandatory shooter briefing at 8:45am. DO NOT BE LATE FOR SIGN IN. When you arrive\, please maintain the 5MPH speed limit from the main road all the way up to the ranges. Park in the field to the right side of the range access road. Sign in shed is at the top of the hill. All long guns must have a chamber flag inserted at all times when not on the clock\, and all pistols must be empty and holstered. Matches are rain or shine\, refunds are available up to 1 week before the match. Setup for the match is the Friday before starting at 9am. Any shooter who helps set up on Friday will have their match fee waived. Squads 6 and 7 will shoot the match on Saturday\, squads 1-5 will shoot Sunday. You must have match director approval to be on the Saturday squads.

This match is best suited to those with prior action shooting sports experience. Grab your favorite 1-hour time slot(s) for this quick in-and-out 3-stage match.\nShoot your semi-automatic .22LR rifle\, PCC (pistol-caliber carbine)\, or RCC (rifle-caliber carbine). Rifle slings are not permitted. Suppressors may be used with supersonic centerfire rifle ammunition and supersonic PCC ammunition\, but not with subsonic ammunition or rimfire rifle. Hit count is around 65 to 75\, recommend bringing 100+ rounds and multiple magazines.\nThis match is usually on F Range. You must check in at the clubhouse and get a wristband (which must be worn somewhere visible) before proceeding to the range. Be on the range ready to shoot at the top of the hour.  Please arrive with magazines loaded and guns unloaded (empty). We run a cold range for the match. If you arrive with a loaded firearm\, please unload and clear BEFORE entering the range bay. Use the designated safety table on the range to unbag or handle your already-unloaded firearm. Long guns must be cased or have a chamber flag inserted and must be carried MUZZLE UP at all times. DESCRIPTION:Colfax Sportsmen's Club is hosting a Duck Flurry match August 22nd starting at 12PM.\nDuck Flurry is a 2 person competition consisting of 50 clay targets thrown one after another at various angles.  The teams of 2 compete together and are scored based on the number of clays broken.  Each competitor starts with two  shells in their gun and then can load as many as they can while their partner shoots.  This is a strategic competition as you don't want to shoot at the same clay as your partner and you don't want to be loading at the same time either.  The team with the highest score at the end of the match wins.\nPrice is $12 per team per entry.  No limit on how many entries you pay to enter.\nThere is no registration page as it is not required.
