Only equipment needed will be a handgun\, an outside the waistband holster for that gun\, a magazine pouch and enough magazines to hold about 30 rounds.  Round count will be 60-70. Bring 100 and expect to have some left over.  9mm and 45acp will be available for purchase at the range.\nWe will have 4 stages on 2 bays. There will be a safety brief for all competitors at 6:30 and start shooting as soon as that is done.\nWe look forward to seeing you here!

Wilson Action Pistol Range will no longer allow the use of the Sig Sauer P320 or any of it's variants for competition. D.R. Wilson is about safety first for our members\, competitors\, staff and spectators and all others associated with any APR event. While we have no direct knowledge of the potential technical defect of the weapon system\,the reports\, the volume of ranges\, organizations and military units declaring a problem has made it too visible to deny. We will re-evaluate this decision in the future if new credible information emerges.\n####\n####\nYou can pay with Credit Card at time of registration or pay cash day of match. DESCRIPTION:SIG SAUER Academy will be hosting monthly new competitor matches from 6-9pm.\nThis event is planned for 2-3 Stages.\n***If you’re approved from the waitlist\, please pay the match fee within 24 hours. Unpaid competitors will be removed after 24 hours and the next competitor from the waitlist will be approved.***\nThe intent of this event is to provide first time competitors with a stress free\, friendly environment. Where they can learn about competitive shooting through practical application. Shooters will be “coached\,” by the competition staff on rules\, walk throughs and general stage execution.\nCompetitors must bring a suitable firearm\, belt mounted holster they feel comfortable drawing from\, enough magazines to carry 30 rounds\, and 100 rounds of ammunition. It's recommended that competitors bring magazine pouches but you're also welcome to put spare magazines in your pockets if you don't have magazine pouches. No pocket\, ankle\, or small of the back\, fanny pack\, or off-body holsters.\nAll Competitors are expected to demonstrate safe weapons handling at all time. To include drawing from the holster\, safely loading/ unloading firearms\, shooting while moving etc. Failure to do so will result in removal from the match at the discretion of the staff.\nCompetitor check in will begin at 5:30pm at the SEC range counter\, safety brief location will be announced there and will start at 6:00pm.\nAll competitors and visitors entering the SEC ranges must complete an electronic waiver annually. Waivers can be completed at the SEC range desk.\nAll firearms shall be unloaded and cased upon entering the facility. Once checked-in and inside the shooting bays\, the Range Officers will walk you through the process of gearing up with your firearm. This event will be a "COLD RANGE". Do NOT gear up in any location other than on the range under the supervision of the competition staff.\n***All competitors 18 years of age or under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Competitors under 14 years of age are not permitted under any circumstance.***\nRefund Policy:\nFull refunds\, minus Stripe fees\, if a competitor requests to withdraw more than seven calendar days before the start date of the match. Waivers and name tags are located in the LAR check-in trailer.\nEye protection is mandatory for everyone at all times\, no exceptions!\nHearing protection must be worn by all while on the shooting bays.\n_______________________________\nWednesday Match Schedule:\n2:00pm ...
