DESCRIPTION:TRM Vortex Sniper Series is a fast paced\, 2-Gun\, individual match series focused on quick target engagement and challenging shooting positions.\nThis match is the series finale.\nYou must shoot this match to walk the prize table.\nWe have the most amazing sponsors who have donated lots of great prizes for our Finale. Some stages will be all rifle\, some will be all pistol\, and some will require both pistol & rifle.\nRifle targets may range from 100-600yds\, 2-10 MOA in size. You will be required to shoot from various positions\, props\, and sometimes standing unsupported.  Rifle must be .223-.30 caliber.  Magnums NOT allowed.\nPistol targets may range from 15-100yds\, consisting spinners\, hostage situations\, a plate rack\, a dual Texas Star\, 50% & 66% IPSC targets.  Pistol must be a 9mm-45 caliber handgun\, less than 12” in overall length.  Magnums NOT allowed.  Red dot sights ARE allowed and recommended on pistol.\n
These matches are Time Plus\, which means your score will be your completion time for the stage\, plus 10 seconds if you hit a hostage\, and/or minus 10 seconds for hitting the bonus target.  Par Time is 90 Seconds for each stage.  If you fail to hit all your targets within par time\, your score will be par time plus 5 seconds for each target not hit\, +- any bonus/hostage hits.\nTo compete in this match you will need an accurate rifle\, at least 80rds of rifle ammo\, a chamber flag\, a variable powered optic\, 2 mags\, and DOPE out to 600yds.  You will also need a pistol\, at least 80rds of pistol ammo\, 2 mags\, and an outside-the-waistband holster.  Eye protection is mandatory while shooting pistol.\nRecommended gear includes a rifle sling\, bipod\, shooting bag\, and ear protection.\nDivisions;\nGas:  .223-.30 Caliber\, No Magnums\nBolt:   .223-.30 Caliber\, No Magnums\nWe will have trophies for the top 3 shooters per division\, and the top 3 overall shooters per division.\nFollowing the Finale\, we will award trophies\, then a catered meal will be provided.  After the meal\, we will call up the overall series winners\, in order\, to walk the prize table.  Both 1st place winners will be called first\, Gas & Bolt Division.  We have a little surprise to decide which of these shooters walks the prize table first. Each string has a max possible time of only 30 seconds. Your score will be your total time plus penalties. Your slowest string is discarded. Simple to learn\, hard to master.\nPlease bring to the line with you a minimum of 4 magazines to help speed along the shooting order. DESCRIPTION:We're back at it again with Sprague Outlaw Steel. It will be 5 stages of  static steel. Stages will consist of 18-25 plates. There will be pistol\, revolver\, and .22 rifle classes. 9mm-45acp and 22lr\, no magnum calibers allowed. We are going to continue having the  .22lr pistol and .22lr rifle classes. Both will be low ready only positions and rifles will need a chamber flag and bag to go to and from the line. There will be a 10 round magazine limit with an unlimited amount of magazines allowed at the line with exception of 22 Rifles and in the Unlimited Auto classes\, high capacity mags CAN be used in rifles and Unlimited Auto ONLY. All firearms will need to be bagged or holstered at all times unless at the firing line. With the weather getting cooler this will be a lower round count match.\n****PLEASE BE SURE TO SQUAD AFTER REGISTERING. THERE IS NO WAIT TO BE APPROVED****\nSign in will start at 8:00am with a mandatory safety brief at 8:45. First shots at 9:00 sharp.\nEye and ear protection is mandatory after safety brief until the range is called cold upon completion of the match. There will be safe tables available.\nThere will be at least 1 safe table\, be sure to remember there is NO ammo allowed at the safe tables.\nAll shooters must have a pistol permit.
