SUMMARY:TSSA - Run | Lift | Shoot (RLS)
DESCRIPTION:Match Name: TSSA: RLS Series (Run | Lift | Shoot) - Ruskin\, FL\nPlatform: TSSA (Tactical Shooting Sports Association)\nEvent Type: Competition w/Classifiers\n1.0 Operational Overview\nThe RLS Series is a true competitive event designed to establish your standing in the tactical athlete community.\nUnlike the developmental environment of TAT (Tactical Athlete Training) matches\, this is a competition where performance counts. The RLS Series features Official TSSA Classifiers—standardized stages that allow you to earn a classification and enter the official ranking system—alongside dynamic field stages to test your total skillset.\nGet Ranked: This is your opportunity to put a score on the board. Competitors will execute specific classifier stages to determine their division rank and see exactly how they stack up against the competition.\nMeasure Your Performance: This event moves beyond the "shakedown" nature of a TAT match. It provides a direct\, scored comparison of your fitness and marksmanship against a field of peers.\nThe Competitive Standard: While the environment remains camaraderie-focused\, the coaching stops here. The clock and the scoring are real\, and you are competing for placement and classification status.\n2.0 Division & Gear Guidelines\nCompetitors must register for the specific Division that matches their kit and physical capability.\nTactical (Vested)\nTactical Elite: Full Kit (Plate Carrier) + Heavy Physical Load\nTactical Intermediate: Full Kit (Plate Carrier) + Standard Physical Load\nTactical Beginner: Full Kit (Plate Carrier) + Reduced Physical Load\nSlick (Belt Only/No PC) *Chest Rigs Allowed*\nSlick Elite: Belt Only + Heavy Physical Load\nSlick Intermediate: Belt Only + Standard Physical Load\nSlick Beginner: Belt Only + Reduced Physical Load\nRuck (Highly Recommended): If you own a ruck\, bring it. Aim for 25–35 lbs dry weight. We will incorporate load carriage into the stages and have a limited amount of rucks.\nRifle: AR-15 platform (or similar) with a Sling (Required).\nPistol: Semi-automatic pistol.\nHolster: Must be a sturdy Retention Holster (Level 1 friction minimum\, active retention highly recommended). No fabric/nylon universal holsters.\nBelt: Sturdy gun belt with magazine carriers.\nMagazines: Minimum 3 magazines for Rifle / 3 magazines for Pistol.\nEye & Ear Protection: Mandatory for all participants and spectators.\n3.0 Logistics & Schedule\nLOCATION Gun Craft 2102 24th St SE Ruskin\, FL 33570\nTIMELINE\n08:00 AM: Check-In / Weigh-Ins (Kit verification)\n08:45 AM: Match Safety Briefing (Mandatory)\n09:00 AM: Range Hot / First Shots\nREGISTRATION FEE\nCost: $60.00\nPayment: Secure payment via Practiscore (Stripe) is preferred at registration.\nWalk-ons: We accept Cash or Card in person at the range (subject to slot availability).\n4.0 Resource Requirements (Ammo)\nCompetitors are responsible for their own ammunition.\nPistol: 150 Rounds (Minimum)\nRifle: 120 Rounds (Minimum)\nNote: Ammo counts are minimum estimates. We recommend bringing extra for reshoots or calibration.\n5.0 Rules & Safety\nThis match operates under the Official TSSA Rulebook.\nCold Range: Firearms must remain unloaded and holstered/bagged until under the direct supervision of an RO.\nRetention: Gear must be secure. Dropped firearms result in an immediate DQ.\nFITNESS SAFETY: We will be pushing physical limits. Please hydrate the night before. If you are new to competing in a plate carrier\, let the instructors know during the brief so we can scale the volume appropriately. Bring extra hydration and snacks; water and a covered pavilion with fans will be provided.\nMEDIA COVERAGE: A complimentary photo package is included for all attendees. Professional\, watermarked action photos will be made available to all competitors after the match for download and social sharing.\nEmail: Jeremy@tssausa.com\nText: 239-851-2926

We will have rifle staging areas available to keep rifles in between stages. Chamber flags are requires (We will have available for $2 each at the match if needed)\nPricing- We will shoot the 5 monthly NRL22 stages\, and 1-2 bonus stages depending on match size. Mover stage highly likely!\nMatch fee $25\nNRL22 Member/ Pinetucky Member/ MIL/ LEO/ First Responder / Medical $20\nYoung Guns Shoot Free with paid adult admission!!! (16 and under on first day of the season)\nWhat is NRL.22?\n• A gateway to precision long rifle competitions such as the NRL or PRS. Designed to be extremely fun for beginners and seasoned shooters alike. This is a very youth friendly competition as well!\n• This is a “Match in a can” where each months match we will be competing against competitors all over the country shooting the same COF. There are monthly prize drawings held for NRL.22 members who competed that month. (Membership not required to shoot!)\n• Targets will be steel only\, each stage will have required shooting positions (i.e 2 shots at target A then B from the first rung of a ladder\, repeat for rungs 2 and 3). Speed and accuracy are both important in this competition.\n• What is needed to compete?\n• A .22lr rifle with a detachable magazine\n• A scope that will permit you to engage targets at various distances (My preference is a scope with MIL hashmarks\, but any scope that gives you the ability to shoot various distances will work)\n• Bipod\n• Other equipment that would be nice would be a shooting bag like a gamechanger\, DOPE card\, binos\, Spotting scope\, ballistic calculator app\, etc. There is NO NEED to go buy a bunch of gear before your first match\, plenty of people will be there to lend out gear. We do now have 2 fully built loaner rifles available to use at the match as well! Anyone is welcome to share them! The only cost associated with using these rifles is the cost of about 70 rounds of .22 ammo available at the match for pre-pandemic prices.\n• When is it and where do I find details?\n• www.facebook.com/PinetuckyNRL22\nRegistration and zero range will open at 8:30am\nShooters meeting is at 9:15am\nShooting starts at 9:30am
