The club has 80 acres and vigilant neighbors\, so all participants are required to stay on the marked path throughout the run. The trail may feature difficult terrain but this on purpose. You’ll likely experience a little bit of everything except paved roads. Be mindful of other participants and traffic at all times.\nShooting stages are located in bays at various points along the trail and each is under the direct supervision of a Range Officer (RO). Firearms will be checked by ROs at the arrival and departure of each stage - rifles must be unloaded and pistols unloaded until given the make ready on stage one. Pistols may remain hot and holstered after stage one. Between stages rifles must be empty and on safe\, pistol securely holstered.\nStages contain unique shooting and physical challenges and distances vary. Most people run an AR15\, but any safe center fire rifle that meets the ammunition requirements below are welcome. For handguns\, the recommended minimum caliber is 9MM\, no magnums are allowed.\nAmmunition – Armor Piercing\, Steel tip / core and SS109 ammunition is NOT allowed for this event. Anyone found shooting armor piercing or steel core ammo will be DQ’d. No rounds larger than 308 or exceeding 3200 FPS will be permitted. DESCRIPTION:NSCC (National Service Conditions Championships) has been an annual event up until 2019 for Service Conditions disciplines of Precision Rifle\, Service Rifle and Service Pistol at the National Level run by the DCRA at Connaught Ranges near Ottawa. It is a Service Condition Championships with both Civilians and CAF / RCMP competing. The ORA will conduct NSCC at CFB Borden in 2025 as a DCRA sanctioned event.\nService Pistol Championship is a 2 Day event\, and is shot in 11 matches\, at distances of 5 metres to 35 metres on Langemark Range. It is both an individual and a 4 person team event. Trigger pull weight minimum is 1.5kg (3.3 lbs).\n- Any compact reflex sight. This sight must be mounted to the slide. The pistol and this\nsight must fit into a tactical holster with at least one level of retention.\n- CAF/RCMP personnel competing in this class must use CAF/RCMP issue equipment and ammunition.\n- Ammunition – All ammunition must be supplied by the competitor. It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure it is safe for use in their firearm. Hand-Loaded ammo is permitted if you have signed the NSCC WAIVER 2025 w/ HAND LOAD. All competitors must use full power ammunition as would be suitable for general operations. The spirit of this rule is more specifically applied with the use of the IPSC power factor. This power factor is reached by multiplying the velocity in feet per second by the bullet weight in grains and then dividing by 1000. For 9mm ammunition the power factor must be 130 or greater. For 40 and 45 caliber the power factor must be 170 or greater.\nCAF/RCMP competitors must use issue ammo.\nWHAT YOU NEED TO ATTEND:\n- Round Count: 210 Rounds (Bring extra for reshoots)\n- Pistol + Ammo that are safe\n- Electronic Ears w/ Spare batteries. For safety you must hear Range Commands. Anyone not hearing or understanding range commands will be pulled from the Match.\n- Eye Protection\n- Sun Hat / Sunscreen\n- Water / Fluids Minimum 4L\, snacks & lunch. There is no time to go and get anything locally\, and nothing is available on site.\n- Appropriate Clothing for the weather. DESCRIPTION:We're back at it again with Sprague Outlaw Steel. It will be 5 stages of  static steel. Stages will consist of 18-25 plates. There will be pistol\, revolver\, and .22 rifle classes. 9mm-45acp and 22lr\, no magnum calibers allowed. We are going to continue having the  .22lr pistol and .22lr rifle classes. Both will be low ready only positions and rifles will need a chamber flag and bag to go to and from the line. There will be a 10 round magazine limit with an unlimited amount of magazines allowed at the line with exception of 22 Rifles and in the Unlimited Auto classes\, high capacity mags CAN be used in rifles and Unlimited Auto ONLY. All firearms will need to be bagged or holstered at all times unless at the firing line. With the weather getting cooler this will be a lower round count match.\n****PLEASE BE SURE TO SQUAD AFTER REGISTERING. THERE IS NO WAIT TO BE APPROVED****\nSign in will start at 8:00am with a mandatory safety brief at 8:45. First shots at 9:00 sharp.\nEye and ear protection is mandatory after safety brief until the range is called cold upon completion of the match. There will be safe tables available.\nThere will be at least 1 safe table\, be sure to remember there is NO ammo allowed at the safe tables.\nAll shooters must have a pistol permit. Like F-Class\, but MilCun-style.\nOSA members\, affiliates and guests are welcome to participate in long-range competition practice sessions at the MilCun Training Center. Be aware that the practices are open to qualified shooters only. To qualify\, you must have attended at least one of the following:\n- F-Class or Precision/Sniper competition\n- The MilCun Precision/Sniper competition course\n- The MilCun Enhanced (Long-Range) Rifle Skills course\n- The OSA Long-Range Rifle Practices\nYou can petition for equivalency by emailing lindamilcun@gmail.com.\nThis practice focuses on M-class style competition training\, with two or three shooters to each firing point. You'll need a scoped rifle with a bipod. You can use a rear bag. The distances are 300\, 400\, 500\, and 600 meters. The targets are bullseyes\, with about a 1-MOA bull (and about a 1/2-MOA v-bull).
