DESCRIPTION:Shooters meeting at 0800.  Steel match\, bring 75 rounds\, there will be a couple 11&12 round stages.  $40 entry fee.  Distance from 100 to 1250 yards.  Two classes: under 13# and over 13#.  6 stages.  Shooting by 0815.  Should be done by 1400.   We will have multiple position stages and it'll be perfect for new shooters or shooters that want to work on positions. DESCRIPTION:Similar to a three-gun shoot but with single action revolvers\, lever action rifles\, and shotguns\, all from the wild west period of American history.  Think John Dutton instead of John Wick.\nTypically 6 stages with 10 rifle targets\, 10 pistol targets\, and 2-6 shotgun targets.  Estimated total round count is 60\, 60\, and 24\, but you should bring extra.\nWater and coffee are available throughout the day\, and there is a 15 min break between stages 4 and 5 to refill canteens and visit the outhouse.  Lunch not provided.\nStill serious but more fun. Kids are welcome to join the posse as long as they can safely operate their guns.  Parent or guardian must be present. Spectators welcome.

DESCRIPTION:ORGC AUGUST 2026 USPSA Pistol Match. ***SATURDAY MATCH***\nThis is our Monthly USPSA Level 1 pistol match with 6 stages including a classifier.\nThe match will start promptly at 10 am.\nPLEASE check in at the training range shed as soon as you arrive at the range\, which should be 30 minutes prior to starting. There\, you will receive your squad number and starting location.\nMatch Director: Nelson Huertas Jr.\nBeginning this year\, the new entrance to drive into the ranges will be on the RIGHT SIDE of the clubhouse.\nSetup will be on FRIDAY starting at 4 PM\, the day prior. Your help is greatly appreciated.\nStarting in 2025\, ORGC will be using portions of the profits from every one of our matches to add to our Veterans Fundraiser Fund. Every year we raise money via donations\, raffles\, and competitions to provide aid and food to the homeless and indigent veterans that served this country.\nAs of 2025\, ORGC has raised around $160\,000. We hope to continue this and doing so requires your help by signing up for our matches and events.\nATTENTION: ORGC is a cold range so competitors are not allowed to handle a firearm unless at one of the designated safe tables or load a firearm unless instructed by a Range Safety Officer before starting a stage. Please be mindful of your surroundings and always keep the muzzle of your firearm within 180 degrees parallel to the northern berms and never pointed above them. At ORGC\, your safety along with our neighboring resident's safety is our top priority.\nIf you are new to USPSA Pistol Competitions\, please see the attached USPSA RULE BOOK as well as be advised that you will need the following:\n1) A strong side pistol holster\n2) a minimum of 5 magazines\n3) Eye and Ear protection\n4) About 300 rounds of ammunition. Most stages require between 20-32 rounds.\n5) A belt system that will securely hold your pistol and magazines.

Match will count for PRS points. Do not have to be a member to compete but will not count for points. We will have trophies for top three overall and top Lady\, Junior\, Senior\, Mil\, and Production and Semi Auto\nThis match will also count for our Belt Buckle Series that ends with a finale in May. To qualify for series belt buckles you must attend at least 3 series matches and have 3 scores.\nShooters top 3 scores will be carried into the the finale and the finale will be worth double points.\nMatches will have minimum of 7 stages and max of 10\, with ranges out to a maximum of 250yards with majority being under 200.\nWe will have 50yd and 100yd paper and have steel at 200yd or at  the furthest distance for the match for truing.\nCheck in 7:45am\nZero opens at 8:00am\nMatch safety brief 8:45am\nMatch starts at 9:00am\nRound counts from 80 to 120 plus zero range\nMatch fee is $40 and $20 for Juniors with a paid parent guardian.
