The match is a very light competition with the emphasis being marksmanship\, fun and few firearm regulations (other than safety). All shooting will be done from the bench from a front rest. No rear bags allowed. No prone\, or seated on the ground. This is designed for the average shooter\, not the high power match competitor. If you're looking for serious competition this will not be a good match for you.\n* Only one gun per shooter.\n* Military issued rifles (any country) up to and including 1960\n* Smokeless powder cartridge only\n* No sporterized stocks or barrels and must be in the original issued caliber\n* In order to help equalize the sighting improvements over the 100+ year time period this match covers and to help people with poor vision:\n1. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the registration page for the Indoor IDPA match at Freedom Outdoors in Douglasville\, GA\nThis is a monthly Tier I IDPA match held on the 2nd Monday of every month. There is a low-light IDPA match on the 4th Monday of every month.  We try to complete between 4 scenario stages each match and up to 2 standards stages. The number of rounds required is between 80-100 rounds. Please bring at least 100 rounds in case of malfunction or reshoot. No steel-core or steel-cased ammunition is allowed on the range. Common calibers are available for purchase from Freedom Outdoors on site.\nIDPA matches require a safe and operational firearm\, at least two magazines (three is ideal)\, magazine carriers to hold the magazines on your belt\, and a concealment garment such as a fishing vest or Hawaiian shirt.\nPlease sign in at the counter to fill out paperwork and process payment prior to entering the range bays. The match begins at 6:00PM\, and shooters are encouraged to arrive prior to 6:00 to assist with setup. New shooters please arrive 30 minutes prior (5:30) to receive a short required safety briefing.\nRegistration is open to current IDPA members and anyone interested in becoming an IDPA member and competitor. If you are not a member of IDPA\, leave your IDPA member number blank on the registration form. While membership is not required to shoot local matches\, shooters are encouraged after the third match to join. DESCRIPTION:ELRSO’s Battle at the Lazy J Grand Lodge\nI’m proud to announce and invite everyone to the 4th Annual ELRSO’s Battle at the Lazy J in Ideal\, South Dakota on July 7th-11th.\nThis is 3 match’s in 5 days consisting of a ProAm\, Heavy and Light class match with Light class and ProAm targets out to 2100yds and Heavy class targets out to 3600yds.\nThe ProAm will be tues/wed the 7th and 8th. The 9th will be zero range day for the Light Heavy class.\nLight Class Match will be on Friday the 10th and Heavy on Saturday the 11th. Leaving Sunday as a travel day home.\nThe Lazy J is a 20\,000 acre ranch/farm operated by a 5th generation family named the Jorgenson’s. They also have a 5000 bull leasing operation “The largest in the US” and a premier Pheasant hunting operation and Lodge that is fully staffed with their own chef and dining facilities that is second to none. The lodge sleeps 40 guest with 22 rooms. There will be additional lodging facilities near by from other hunting lodges in the area.\nAlso for those wanting to come a day or two early or wanting to stay a day or two after the match they will have some prairie dog hunts available. This is another perfect venue for those wishing to bring their wife or significant other as the facilities are fantastic.\nThis match will be limited to 25 Teams for ProAm\n35 Light class shooters\n35 Heavy class shooters.\nTrophy Buckles from Champion Choice Silversmith will be provided for the Champion Team and team medals for 2nd thru 5th.
