DESCRIPTION:Precision rifle shooting and the .22 long rifle cartridge aren’t found in the same sentence very often\, but that is the core philosophy of the NRL22 format. By stretching the capabilities of the world’s most popular and cheapest rifle calibers\, the goal is to create a challenging yet welcoming target shooting environment for a diverse range of shooters; young and old\, rich and poor\, novices and veterans.\nThe organization behind the NRL22 competition is a 501c3 non-profit division of the National Rifle League. With an annual membership fee of only $60/Adults and $25/Youth\, the NRL22 format is an accessible and budget-minded target shooting platform.\nTo provide fair competitive opportunities for as many people as possible\, NRL22 is organized into six shooter classes:\n1.	Base class is reserved for shooters with a rifle and scope totaling less than $1650 MSRP.\n2.	Open class has no rifle restrictions other than rifles must be chambered in 22lr or are air rifles.\n3.	Young Guns is for children ages 8-16 and compete in either base\, open\, or air rifle classes.\n4.	Ladies class is for female shooters and competes in either base\, open\, or air rifle classes.\n5.	Air rifle class is exclusively for air rifles and competes alongside 22lr rifles during matches.\n6.	Old Gun / Adaptive class is for any shooter over age 60 or any shooter with special needs.\nZero range will open at 1230pm before the match start. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to our all-rifle mini action match! Fast run-and-gun stages\, AR/AK platform-friendly. This match is best suited to those with some previous action shooting sports experience. Grab your favorite 1-hour time slot(s) for this quick in-and-out 3-stage match.\nShoot your semi-automatic .22LR rifle\, PCC (pistol-caliber carbine)\, or RCC (rifle-caliber carbine). Rifle slings are not permitted. Suppressors may be used with supersonic centerfire rifle ammunition and supersonic PCC ammunition\, but not with subsonic ammunition or rimfire rifle. Hit count is around 65 to 75\, recommend bringing 100+ rounds and multiple magazines.\nThis match will be on C Range. Check in at the clubhouse and get a wristband (which must be worn somewhere visible) before proceeding to the range. Park on the uprange bay and walk though the gate down the path to the furthest downrange bay. Be there ready to shoot at the top of the hour.  Please arrive with magazines loaded and guns unloaded (empty). We run a cold range for the match. If you arrive with a loaded firearm\, please unload and clear BEFORE entering the range bay. Use the designated safety table on the range to unbag or handle your already-unloaded firearm. Long guns must be cased or have a chamber flag inserted and must be carried MUZZLE UP at all times. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Central Carolina Gun Club\,Inc. LONG GONG. Long Gong is a 300 Yard Challenge for the .22LR rifle. The Targets are AR400 steel Gongs with a diameter of 8”\, 6”\, 4”. Scoring is 1 point for impacts on the 8”\, 2 points for the 6”\, and finally\, 3 points for the 4”. This match is shot off of a bench with a ten round limit for 5 sets. That’s 50 rounds per match. Bags & bipods only. There is a three MINUTE time limit per stage. Order of fire is 8” first and an IMPACT is required to move on to the next target\, than 6”\, last the 4”. If you miss a target you have to fall back to the last target impacted and continue from there. On the other hand if you hit a target you can choose to remain hitting said target you will be accumulating that targets point value.  Score will be totaled after each round with hight score being 27.  This is a Fun & Challenging game of precision for all ages and levels marksmanship. So come out and enjoy a little friendly competition while making some new life long friends.
