SUMMARY:Cameo UHHC local match 10-18
DESCRIPTION:The Ultimate Hunter Handgun Competition (UHHC) is a dynamic\, timed\, hunting-based sport that focuses on using gear people frequently hunt with to hone skills that have proven to be crucial in real-life hunting situations. Speed and first-round accuracy both help your score\, and this sport is truly a test of your ability to quickly build solid improvised field shooting positions in natural terrain.\nMore information about the sport and its rules can be found here: https://ultimate-hunter.com/index.php/uhhc-rules/\nAnd Here: https://ultimate-hunter.com/index.php/about-uhrc/\nThese local matches are held the third Sunday afternoon of every month at the Cameo Shooting and Education Complex.\nMembership to the sport is not required to participate\, but only members will receive their scores or match points. If you are only coming out for practice\, fun\, and camaraderie and don't care about receiving a score\, you're still more than welcome and encouraged to come shoot!\n*Classification is not required to participate.

SUMMARY:Heartland NRL22 Monthly Oct 18th
DESCRIPTION:Precision rifle shooting and the .22 long rifle cartridge aren’t found in the same sentence very often\, but that is the core philosophy of the NRL22 format. By stretching the capabilities of the world’s most popular and cheapest rifle calibers\, the goal is to create a challenging yet welcoming target shooting environment for a diverse range of shooters; young and old\, rich and poor\, novices and veterans.\nThe organization behind the NRL22 competition is a 501c3 non-profit division of the National Rifle League. With an annual membership fee of only $60/Adults and $25/Youth\, the NRL22 format is an accessible and budget-minded target shooting platform.\nTo provide fair competitive opportunities for as many people as possible\, NRL22 is organized into six shooter classes:\n1.	Base class is reserved for shooters with a rifle and scope totaling less than $1650 MSRP.\n2.	Open class has no rifle restrictions other than rifles must be chambered in 22lr or are air rifles.\n3.	Young Guns is for children ages 8-16 and compete in either base\, open\, or air rifle classes.\n4.	Ladies class is for female shooters and competes in either base\, open\, or air rifle classes.\n5.	Air rifle class is exclusively for air rifles and competes alongside 22lr rifles during matches.\n6.	Old Gun / Adaptive class is for any shooter over age 60 or any shooter with special needs.\nZero range will open at 1230pm before the match start. Please arrive accordingly to ensure everyone gets the opportunity to check zero.\nFollowing the match we will have a fun head2head side event. Please bring a case of the soda of your choice if you would like to participate. (cheapest is best as we will be shooting them not drinking them)

SUMMARY:SGC 2026_10_18 Long Gong Salisbury Gun Club
DESCRIPTION:THE GAME- This is a 300 yd. shooting challenge using any rifles chambered in .22 LR only. The object is to\nShoot the highest score possible.\nTHE TARGET- The targets are AR400 1/8" thick rimfire gongs\, an 8”\, a 6”\, and a 4” gong. Each gong has a value\, 1 point for the 8”\, 2 points for the 6”\, and 3 points for the 4” gong.\nTHE SETUP- From a bench rest (limited to bipods and bags\, no sleds) each shooter\, with 10 rounds of ammunition begins by shooting for the 8” gong. The shooter has a 3-minute time limit to complete their round\, the clock starts with their first shot.\nTHE ORDER- If the shooter hits the 8”\, they score 1 point and now can choose to advance to the 6” gong or continue shooting for the 8” gong. If the shooter advances to the 6” gong and connects\, that hit is worth 2 points\, and they now can choose to shoot for the 4” gong\, worth 3 points.\nTHE RULES- The shooter must tell the scorekeeper when they switch gongs. A hit only counts if it’s a solid gong hit\, chain or hanger hits do not count. If the shooter misses\, they must go back one gong. If the shooter shoots the wrong gong\, it counts as a zero and the shooter must resume shooting on the correct gong.\nTHE SCORE- The score is totaled after each shooter\, with a possible high score of 27 points (1+2+3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3=27). A complete game has every shooter fire 5 complete sets for a total of 50 rounds of ammunition (1 full box). The highest possible score for a competition is 135 points. In case of a tie score\, the winner is determined by the shooter with the highest single round score.\nTHE COMPETITORS- The order of the shooters in the first set is determined by drawing numbered chips\, and in each successive set the order of the shooters is determined by the scores\, with the lowest score shooting first. If two or more shooters have identical scores\, whoever shot the score initially will shoot first in the following round. (If Tom shoots an 11\, and then Dave also shoots an 11\, Tom will go before Dave in the following round.)\nTHE CHALLENGE- Hitting gongs at 300 yds. with a .22 LR is challenging. Hitting them repeatedly under changing conditions requires all the fundamentals used by the best long-distance shooters in the world. Do you think you have what it takes?\nPlease come out and join us for some\, or all these events. While competitive in spirit\, these matches are fun shoots and there are plenty of shooters willing to help if you are interested in joining us!

SUMMARY:TCGC USPSA CC02 - October 18 2026
DESCRIPTION:**Shooters**\nSeven stages including a classifier.\nJunior - must be at least 8 years old\n-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\nPlease arrive by 8:00 am to help complete stage setup. Match briefing starts when setup is finished\, listen for the horn. Shooting starts when match briefing is complete.\nCompetitors will be asked to tear down the last stage.\n-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\nIf the match is full/waitlisted\, please feel free to register and expect to be able to shoot! Currently everyone on the waitlist gets into the match; we intentionally set the squad size a little low at first to make sure our squads stay balanced as people withdraw over the course of the week.\nA note regarding withdrawals: recently there has been a significant uptick in last-minute withdrawals and no-shows. This makes it very hard to use the waitlist to fill in and keep squads balanced\, damaging match flow and leading to frustrating stack-ups.\nHistorically\, due to credit card processing fees\, withdrawing from the match had incurred a $5 handling fee. We are trying something new this month: there will be *no* handling fee for withdrawal requests made *before* 5:59pm Pacific on Thursday night. Withdrawal requests made *after* that time will incur a *$10* handling fee\, up to the closure of registration. After 6pm on Friday there will be no refunds\, as has been the case. Our hope is that this incentivizes those who know they can’t make it to drop earlier\, allowing for better squad balancing and smoother-flowing matches; it also removes any disincentive to withdraw if things look doubtful and just re-register later if the schedule clears up. Thanks in advance for your understanding and cooperation.\nSee you at the match!\n-Sean

These areas are where you transfer the gun from your bag or case to your holster at the start of the match\, and where you return it to your bag or case when you are finished with the match.\n2.	When explicitly authorized by the RO when it is your turn to shoot a stage. You are allowed to handle your gun beginning with the “Make Ready “ command and ending with the “Range Is Clear” command.\nC. Do not bring ammunition into the safety areas.\nD.
