DESCRIPTION:Registration begins at 8:30 am with the match briefing at 9:00 am. Our matches typically have 5 or 6 stages. If we run a classifier stage\, I'll let you know in the email I send right before the match.\nMatch Fee is $15 for VCGHC members and $20 for non-members. Shooters who wish to shoot a second gun may do so for an additional $10. A second gun requires a separate registration. If the second gun is a "snubby" in the same division as the other gun- please put "Snubby" after your last name in the registration so it will be easily distinguished when scoring as it won't necessarily show as a different division. Only revolver scores will be submitted to ICORE.\nWe also invite semi-auto shooters to join us. You will shoot following ICORE rules. You are limited to 8 rounds in any magazine and start with 8 rounds in the gun. Just register in the semi-auto iron sights (Semi-IS) or semi-auto optic sights\, (Semi-OS) divisions. List classification as Unclassified. If there are enough in this division\, we can set you up in your own squad. Plan on enough magazines for 36 round stages.

DESCRIPTION:This club match is based on Steel Challenge\, but is not an SCSA sanctioned event. Our aim is to run a fun match. We're newbie friendly and it's not ultra competitive. If our match shows as full\, you can still sign up for the waiting list. As plans change for shooters\, we routinely move people into the match when openings pop up.\nThe shoot consists of 5 stations of 5-6 steel targets of varying sizes and placed in varying patterns – each stage consists of five strings. Many stages will have a stop plate that must be shot last. The strings are timed\, with your highest time being dropped\, and your remaining 4 strings counting as your score for that stage. Please bring enough ammo (~300 rounds)\, magazines (5)\, and bring the firearm unloaded and cased. We start from the low ready\, and do not use holsters in the match.\nEntry is $15; second guns for any entry are also $15; Juniors (under 18) are free with an adult entry. DESCRIPTION:TYL (test your limits)\nWe will shoot eight different distances from 50 yards to 275 yards. At each distance you will shoot targets from large to small with 10 rounds must hit to move on and shoot any remaining rounds on the smallest target. You’ll have a 2 minute time frame. Large targets will be generous in the beginning but definitely get small at the end. Shooters will be able to shoot from the bench or prone if they wish and will only be able to use a bipod in the front and sandbag in the back of their gun. As always this will be a family-friendly atmosphere shooters will be encouraged to help each other out. Fee will be $40 per shooter \, half price for kids 16 and under. The range will have a loaner rifle available if somebody would like to come and try this event . Loaner rifle is free to shooter \, they will just need to pay for the ammo which we will have and we will have all  the dope for the rifle for you.\nIt is official‼️\nWe will be shooting four divisions in all of our TYL Matches\, and long gong matches from now on.\nOpen division \,run what your\nBrung\nProduction division\, your rifle and scope MSRP cannot exceed $1800.\nSemi auto division\, bring them on\nVintage division\, anything manufactured before 1991. At approximately one mile you will see the cemetery\, go past the cemetery 500-600 yards and you'll see a gate with ( 2 ORANGE cones in front of it) . This is the only gate you can use to get to the range❗❗Pull through gate and wait for someone to let you know which route to take into the range. This is only if it has been raining.\nIf it's too wet out you can get shuttled down to the range. Otherwise just follow the pasture road back to the range on top of the hill. When you go through a gate make sure it is shut behind you and secured shut with a chain or wire❗ Do not let  animals through the gate ❗❗

DESCRIPTION:East Huntingdon Sportsmen's Association will host a Level 1 USPSA match on August 23\, 2026. There will be 6 stages (one is a classifier) with a minimum round count of 186.  Sign-in will begin at 8:00am and close at 8:50am with first shots at 9:00am. Afternoon squads will begin after the morning squads are finished. Usually around 12:00-12:30pm depending on how long first gun takes which is obviously difficult to predict\, so try to come early. First gun $20.00; Second gun $10.00; all match fees will be collected at the match.\nWe will only run afternoon squads if there are enough people pre-registered to help with teardown. If you shoot the afternoon\, you are expected to stay and help with teardown. Ideally\, I’d like to see 18 people pre-registered. 14 is the minimum.\nPre-registration is not required for the match but is recommended. If you see the squads are full but there are still reserved spots\, go ahead and sign up. I will open up more slots throughout the week in order to keep squads of similar size to prevent a backup behind one big squad.\nWalk-ins will be allowed\, but will be assigned a squad to keep squad sizes balanced. If you have people you want to shoot with\, sign up early. On match day\, we will always prioritize squad balance. No exceptions.\nNew competitors that have not participated in a USPSA match or the Orientation Class must arrive early and complete a Safety Check before participating. This is for everyone's safety\, and to make sure you don't have a bad time at your first match by breaking a rule you didn't know about.\nA signed match waiver must be on file to observe or participate in the match.\nSetup for the match begins at 8am on Saturday. We will have a setup match after setup is complete. First entry into the match is free for setup crew. Pre-registry is not required for setup crew but as always it is recommended. When registering for setup\, if there are enough people\, please try to split up into 2 squads of similar size.

DESCRIPTION:THE GAME- This is a 300 yd. shooting challenge using any rifles chambered in .22 LR only. The object is to\nShoot the highest score possible.\nTHE TARGET- The targets are AR400 1/8" thick rimfire gongs\, an 8”\, a 6”\, and a 4” gong. Each gong has a value\, 1 point for the 8”\, 2 points for the 6”\, and 3 points for the 4” gong.\nTHE SETUP- From a bench rest (limited to bipods and bags\, no sleds) each shooter\, with 10 rounds of ammunition begins by shooting for the 8” gong. The shooter has a 3-minute time limit to complete their round\, the clock starts with their first shot.\nTHE ORDER- If the shooter hits the 8”\, they score 1 point and now can choose to advance to the 6” gong or continue shooting for the 8” gong. If the shooter advances to the 6” gong and connects\, that hit is worth 2 points\, and they now can choose to shoot for the 4” gong\, worth 3 points.\nTHE RULES- The shooter must tell the scorekeeper when they switch gongs. A hit only counts if it’s a solid gong hit\, chain or hanger hits do not count. If the shooter misses\, they must go back one gong. If the shooter shoots the wrong gong\, it counts as a zero and the shooter must resume shooting on the correct gong.\nTHE SCORE- The score is totaled after each shooter\, with a possible high score of 27 points (1+2+3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3=27). A complete game has every shooter fire 5 complete sets for a total of 50 rounds of ammunition (1 full box). The highest possible score for a competition is 135 points. In case of a tie score\, the winner is determined by the shooter with the highest single round score.\nTHE COMPETITORS- The order of the shooters in the first set is determined by drawing numbered chips\, and in each successive set the order of the shooters is determined by the scores\, with the lowest score shooting first. If two or more shooters have identical scores\, whoever shot the score initially will shoot first in the following round. (If Tom shoots an 11\, and then Dave also shoots an 11\, Tom will go before Dave in the following round.)\nTHE CHALLENGE- Hitting gongs at 300 yds. with a .22 LR is challenging. Hitting them repeatedly under changing conditions requires all the fundamentals used by the best long-distance shooters in the world.
