SUMMARY:Del Norte 3 Gun 7-11-26 - DNGC Rio Rancho NM
DESCRIPTION:Del Norte 3 Gun - Saturday July 11th 2026 - 8am\nPlease register early if you plan on attending so we can plan accordingly.\nWe will be in the LE area of the range so there will be 2 stages - one stage in the 100 yard bay and one stage in the field by the trailer where you can expect rifle targets out to ~300 yards.\nAs usual\, we could use some help setting up the 3 gun match the afternoon before around 2pm. If you are able to help please email drew.solomon@gmail.com and I will send you a separate link to sign up so you don't have to pay the match fee.\nBefore 8am the morning of the match we will have everyone help finish up the stages. Once everything is ready to go\, we will have a quick meeting then start the match. All shooters are required to help with teardown after we are done shooting.\nWe will also need you to help reset the targets between each shooter unless you are the next shooter up. The match isn't over until the stages have been torn down and everything has been put away - so plan on staying until this is complete.\nEstimated minimum round count:\nPistol - 50\nRifle - 50\nShotgun - 50 birdshot\nRemember\, no steel core ammo (m855) is allowed.\nBring a rifle sling\, make sure your guns are zeroed\, and bring extra ammo just in case. We will be shooting out to about 300 yards\nalso check out @delnorte3gun on Instagram to see pictures and videos from previous matches\nAny other question? Need to borrow gear? If you would like to see the official NRL22 stages for this month’s match\, visit https://nrl22.com/product-category/downloads/ (NRL account required for viewing/download)\nNew shooters are welcome and encouraged to attend. The goal of the NRL22 is to make Precision Rifle shooting more available to every community. 22LR is the only rimfire caliber allowed to compete in NRL22 so bring what you have\, or try out a match with a loaner rifle first to see how you’d like to setup your rifle for future matches. Have you ever wanted to get into long range rifle shooting or learn how to accurately engage targets at longer distances? All the skills you use in a NRL22 match can be carried over to centerfire rifles and help you confidently jump into those longer distances.\nNRL22 is designed to be fun and rewarding for youth shooters\, new shooters\, and also challenging enough for seasoned precision rifle shooters. NRL22 monthly matches consist of 5 stages that are all shot from 200 yards or closer. Typically ranging between 25-100 yards. There is a good mix between prone stages\, barricade stages\, and positional stages. Steel targets from 1/4” to 6”\nThere are 8 divisions.\n1. Open Division\n2. SUMMARY:Rooftop Shooting Range 2-Gun PCSL 7.11.26
DESCRIPTION:Rooftop Shooting Range is proud to host a 4-stage 2-Gun match! Competitors will have the option to shoot either the Practical or Competition division\, following the PCSL 2-Gun rules. We’ll begin with 13 shooters per stage\, and as we gain more experience hosting\, we’ll expand with additional stages in the future.\nImportant Competitor Notice:\nThis event is not designed for first-time match shooters. If you have never participated in a match before\, we strongly encourage you to begin with a 1-Gun (pistol-only or rifle-only) match before stepping into 2-Gun. Handling two firearms in dynamic courses requires a strong foundation in match safety\, gun handling\, and stage management.\nWe’re excited to continue hosting incredible matches\, but we need your help to make them happen! Stage setup will begin at 7:00 AM\, and we’re looking for at least 12 committed volunteers to help create an exceptional experience. To ensure everything runs smoothly\, we kindly ask volunteers to confirm their attendance as volunteers at least 48 hours before each match.\nReady to lend a hand? SUMMARY:Coal Canyon Precision RIMFIRE Match - July 2026
DESCRIPTION:The Coal Canyon Precision Rimfire Match is a “field style” match very similar the regular Coal Canyon Precision Rifle Match. The major differences are that the target ranges and distances between shooting positions are shorter and only .22 rimfire firearms are allowed.\nThe match format is 6-8 stages with minimal walking between stages. Each stage has 5 targets at varying distances in natural terrain. Each target is to be engaged twice. Target distances are known to the shooter and will vary from 50 to 200 yards on most stages and 50 to 400 yards on one stage. Shooters must complete each stage’s target engagements within 3 minutes. See rules for additional details. Most stages accommodate a prone position shooting\, however\, some may require elevated shooting positions\, shooting sticks\, etc.\nTypical equipment used includes: a rifle capable of 1 MOA accuracy; rifle optics allowing precise hold-over and windage for small targets from 50-400 yards; shooting sticks and/or tripod; binoculars to spot for other shooters; and a backpack to carry\, shooting accessories\, ammunition or whatever else you might need.\nPlan to arrive by 7:00 AM for sign-up and practice before the match which starts at 8:00 AM. The match is usually finished by noon.
