DESCRIPTION:Red Dot Rumble will be going through an evolution for year 3. This year Red Dot Rumble will be a PCSL 2-Gun match compromising Competition and Practical Divisions.\nStages will be available for competitor inspection on Friday\, August 28th. Please stay out of the way of the staff members who will be shooting the match on Friday. Competitors may also inspect the stages on Saturday and Sunday\, as long as they don't walk stages that are occupied by a squad.\nThere will be limited open slots available on the staff day.\nCheck-in will open at 0700 and close at 0800 daily at Patriot Classroom 3. A mandatory safety/shooters brief will start at 0745. The match will begin at 0800. There will be a hard stop for lunch\, 30 minutes\nMatch Shirt and Lunch included in the match fee.\nRefund Policy:\nCompetitors who withdraw from the match on or before August 1st will receive a full refund (minus Stripe CC processing fee). DESCRIPTION:2026 ZSA-USA Galactic Pistol Alliance (GPA) "Defender Cup"\nMatch starts Friday 28 Aug 2026 @ 1000\nMatch ends Saturday 29 Aug 2026 @ 1800\nLocation: Competition side of Flatwoods\n111 2nd Amendment Lane\nHubert\, NC 28539\n-Our 1st Annual North Carolina GPA Championship level match honoring all Military and Law Enforcement.\n-This match welcomes all shooters to enjoy a great match with friendly\, helpful RO's in a low stress environment. If you have never shot a larger match before\, this is a perfect place to start.\n-The match will have 14-16 stages comprised of a balance of short (6-10 rounds) medium (11-18 rounds) and long (19-24 rounds). There will be a pick-up gun or 2\, and some very unique shooting positions and challenges. Plan on a minimum round count of 245 rounds\, bring at least 300 rounds.\n-You MUST be a GPA member (first year is FREE!) to participate in the match\, and only those with an initial classification may win prizes. To get an initial classification\, simply shoot a GPA match prior to this event. DESCRIPTION:Appendix Carry is ONLY authorized for Advanced classification or above.\n1Gun is designed to combine the well liked aspects from the different shooting sports\, with dynamic stages and simpler rules. While we fully understand no game can ever prepare one for a real world defensive situation\, we are just trying to build on basic skills that one should have; by rewarding quick\, accurate shooting with the ability to think on the fly. To do this\, we combined standards\, mission based\, and run-n-gun type stages with a more dynamic experience that requires the shooter to adapt vs replay a rehearsed stage plan.\nThe 1Gun Rulebook is attached to the match and for more information\, please see the https://1gun.org website.\nBlind coin flips are done during the stage reset\, hidden under a cup\, revealing the threat target color after the starting beep\, produces dynamic stages. By the pure definition of dynamic stages\, we are saying the stage is not the same for each shooter. This is okay\, and is by design. Stages will be designed to be fair\, not exact or symmetrical. In other words\, every effort will be placed on keeping the shooting complexity similar\, regardless of which color threat is drawn. But depending on your strengths and or weaknesses\, the luck of the draw could be the equalizer. But with that said\, we believe that these slight differences balance out by the end of the match and the benefits of creating a more dynamic experience\, far out weighs any little differences.
