DESCRIPTION:This is the registration page for the West Georgia Tactical Shooters (WGTS) Monthly IDPA Match at the West Georgia Youth Range Association (WGYRA) Range located inside the Haralson County Landfill in Tallapoosa\, GA.\nThis match is held on the first Saturday of the month\, weather permitting. During Standard time\, the match will start at 9AM. Setup will begin around 7AM\, if you are able please plan to arrive by 7:30 to assist with setup and receive a discount. It will feature 6 stages in total consisting of a standards warm-up\, 4 scenario stages\, and one standards stage. The approximate round count is 120\, but bringing 150 rounds is recommended in case of any reshoots. The match will wrap up around 1PM. You can download the match descriptions from www.osacanada.ca (at the bottom of the Events page).\nTHE MATCH AGGREGATE IS COMPRISED OF TEN MATCHES ONLY plus the traditional Last One Standing.\nThe ten matches included in the aggregate are as follows:\nMatch 01 - 10-Meter Attack\nMatch 02 - Strong Hand (Only) and Support Hand (Only)\nMatch 03 - Change Your Magazine\nMatch 04 - Keep Shooting\nMatch 05 - Transition Strong Hand to Support Hand\nMatch 08 - Body Armour Drills\nMatch 09 - Save the Hostage\nMatch 10 - Double Jeopardy\nMatch 15 - Boarding House Rule\nMatch 17 - Moving Target\nplus the Last One Standing (which is not part of the aggregate).\nAmmunition must be full-power loads and must be proven safe in your pistol; you'll need about 250 rounds for the day. DESCRIPTION:We're back at it again with Sprague Outlaw Steel. It will be 5 stages of  static steel. Stages will consist of 18-25 plates. There will be pistol\, revolver\, and .22 rifle classes. 9mm-45acp and 22lr\, no magnum calibers allowed. We are going to continue having the  .22lr pistol and .22lr rifle classes. Both will be low ready only positions and rifles will need a chamber flag and bag to go to and from the line. There will be a 10 round magazine limit with an unlimited amount of magazines allowed at the line with exception of 22 Rifles and in the Unlimited Auto classes\, high capacity mags CAN be used in rifles and Unlimited Auto ONLY. All firearms will need to be bagged or holstered at all times unless at the firing line. With the weather getting cooler this will be a lower round count match.\n****PLEASE BE SURE TO SQUAD AFTER REGISTERING. THERE IS NO WAIT TO BE APPROVED****\nSign in will start at 8:00am with a mandatory safety brief at 8:45. DESCRIPTION:Thank for the registering for 8 stage Steel Challenge Match conducted by Homestead Training Center.\nSteel Challenge shooting competitions are governed by the Steel Challenge Shooting Association.\nMatch consists of eight stages\, each of which has five steel targets that range from round ten-inch plates to eighteen-inch by twenty-four-inch rectangular plates.\nEach competitor in the competition will be scored based on the length of time it takes for them to complete each of the stages. The winner of the competition is the competitor who has the lowest overall time.\nA competitor will get a total of five strings per stage\, shooting each stage five times. To establish the competitor’s match score\, the five stage scores will be added together.\nOne hit is required per target\, for each string. The competitor is allowed an unlimited number of rounds. The stop plate is the last target to be shot in a stage. As soon as the stop plate has been struck\, the timer will stop. Any targets that are hit after the stop plate has been hit will come with a three-second penalty per hit. For a run\, there is a maximum time limit of thirty seconds. The competitor will have to stop and reload if they reach the thirty-second-time limit.\nPLEASE MAKE SURE TO COME EARLIER - WE WILL START REGISTRATION AT 7:45am and STOP AT 8:15am SHARP!
