SUMMARY:Airgun – Field Target
DESCRIPTION:Airgun Field Target is an outdoor venue\, utilizing precision high-power air rifles (sometimes air pistols). The reactionary\, steel animal targets are designed to fall only when the pellet hits the “Kill Zone”\, requiring target-rifle accuracy. Targets are then re-set with a cord from the shooting position. The distance to the targets varies and is unknown\, adding an element of range-finding ability (similar to hunting in the field). All types of air rifles may be used\, up to .22 cal\,  (but NO BB’s) and we do have some loaners available. Junior shooters are welcome and as always\, they shoot FREE when accompanied by an adult club member. \nAirguns have grown up…….Give it a try ! We shoot in all weather\, except for the atypical Lightning storm.

SUMMARY:BRSP Steel Challenge Match - May 16
DESCRIPTION:This is a 4 stage Steel Challenge match for members and non-members. This beginner-friendly speed steel shoot can be shot with .22LR pistols\, .22LR rifles\, PCCs (pistol-caliber carbines) and non-magnum\, straight wall cartridge centerfire pistols (e.g. 9mm\, .38SPL\, 10mm\, .40S&W\, .45ACP). This match requires 100 hits - we recommend shooters bring 150-200 rounds of ammunition and at least 3 double-stack or 5 single-stack magazines. Please arrive with magazines loaded and guns unloaded.\nWe shoot a split schedule. You can shoot the morning or the afternoon - or both! Morning setup will be around 8:30 with first shots immediately after setup. The afternoon start will be at 12:30. Maximum two divisions per shooter please. Pay here on Practiscore.\nWe run a cold range for the match. If you arrive carrying a loaded firearm\, please unload and clear BEFORE entering the competition bay. Use the designated safety table on the range to unbag and holster your already-unloaded firearm. Long guns must be cased\, or flagged and carried with muzzle pointing up. All other firearm handling on the range must be at the safety table\, except when shooting the stage.\nPlease note: we do not automatically paint targets between shooters. If you want steel painted before you shoot\, paint is available. DESCRIPTION:May's match will be our 3rd annual Hosefest multigun match! Do you like running and gunning? Are hoser stages your favorite and you just want more of them? This match is for you! Expect high round counts (2x standard match)\, big hoser arrays of wide open targets\, and a lot of movement.\nAll stages will be shot with a rifle and 1-2 secondary weapons. SUMMARY:No Man's Land Shootout - May - Run N Gun
DESCRIPTION:Picture this - You're a pony express rider who's had his horse shot out from under him.  Between bands of outlaws\, Comanche raiding parties\, rouge buffalo hunters\, and scavenged intelligence in need of deciphering\, you have to make your way back to society\, but it won't be easy.\nThanks to the inspiration of some of our friends east of us in Oklahoma\, this will be our homage to the shooting discipline they love so much - a Run N Gun! This event will be a centerfire rifle and centerfire pistol event.  All magazines\, ammo\, tools\, and water must be carried on person; however you wish to do so\, from start to finish. Our goal is to BE SAFE and have fun! We're shooting\, no cancelations\, in any condition short of a blizzard\, tornado\, lighting\, dust storm\, or a torrential downpour.\nRound count will be finalized closer to the date of the match and emailed to all shooters\, but the event will likely consist of 4 stages across ~3 miles.\nIf the shooter forgets an items or has to return to their vehicle\, the shooter may restart the event\, but your total time will continue to run.  The stages must be reshot with the worse of the two score being kept. A rigorous system of checks will be utilized to ensure all firearms are unloaded while not under the direct supervision of a range officer.  If a firearm is found to be loaded when not explicitly allowed\, the shooter will immediately be disqualified. Once shooters arrive at a stage\, an RO will check their rifle to ensure an unloaded firearm.  If there is another shooter currently completing the stage\, the shooter will need to keep track of their wait time before they start the stage.  This is so time outside of their control is not penalizing their run time. Rifles stored in rack\, shooter must wear/carry all mags\, ammo\, snacks\, water\, shooting aids\, binos\, widgets\, on person at all times.\nWaitlist: If the match has filled up and you are on the waitlist\, plan on shooting the match.
