DESCRIPTION:SCSA295 Tulpehocken Rifle and Pistol Club.  This is a Tier 1 local club match consisting of 6 official steel challenge stages.  Minimum round count is 150 but bring 200-250 rounds per gun.  In the event of inclement weather the match will be cancelled.  Access to the ranges may be restricted by snow and/or ice.\n.\nSteel Challenge Rules can be found at https://scsa.org/rules\nRegistration runs from 9:00AM to 10:00AM.  We will have three squads in the morning.\nPlease only sign up for a maximum of two guns.  Additional guns can be added at the match depending on squad sizes.\nFee is $15 for first gun\, $10 for second gun and $5 for additional guns.\nShooters and spectators will require eye and ear protection when on the range. \nRange is a cold range. Guns must remain holstered or cased except when under direction on the firing line or in a safe handling area.  Prior to the match all guns must be cleared. The Club is using STRIPE to process payments via Practiscore.\nLIMITED REGISTRATION - In an effort to allow more participants we are limiting each person to one registration (Division\, gun) per match\, do not register for more once for the match .  In addition\,  you are not allowed to make a reservation in your name and then change it to someone elses name afterward.\nTo participate in a Steel Challenge match at the Diablo Pistol Action range you must have successfully completed our Orientation/Safety Class (we do not currently accept classes from other ranges) or have a current USPSA /IDPA /SCSA/ICORE classification above the level of "U". In addition each participant needs to bring or have a photo of the current 2026 USI waiver range card to shoot at the range. If you do not have a current card go to https://unitedsportsmen.com/waiver/ to sign the waiver online prior to the match. We can issue temporary waiver cards at the match if you have completed the online portion. DESCRIPTION:>8 stages with yardages ranging from 150 to 600 yards.\n>Most stages will be between 1-4 targets\, and 1-5 positions.  20 shots max per stage.  Shooting from various barricades and positions. Be prepared with at least 160 rounds for the match and more for zero check or re-shoots.  A min-max round count for the match will be provided when the Course of Fire is finalized.\n>Scoring is time plus penalties for targets not hit.  90 second max time per stage\, 20 second penalty per target not hit.  So you score is the time (seconds) it took you to shoot all the targets with 20 shots maximum\, and a penalty of 20 seconds added per target you did not hit.\nThe shooting is from “flat range” conditions (but ground is uneven) up valleys and hills to the targets. DESCRIPTION:SCSA Club SCSA219 welcomes you to our Steel Challenge Match. One relay is offered. Check in starts at noon.  The Match briefing is at 1pm we will start at 1:15pm\n$15 first gun\, $5 second gun\nPlease meet in the pits for check-in and logistics.\nIn-person registration starts at noon. Electronic registration is always preferred.\nThe match will consist of four stages and allow all SCSA divisions. Bring a minimum round count of 125 per gun. 150 rounds are suggested.\nWe would like all shooters there by 12:45PM so that we can confirm squadding and start shooting on time.\nNew shooters should arrive by 12:30 PM for a New Shooter Briefing and have any questions answered.\nWe run a COLD range\, so don't forget to unload all guns prior to arrival. No handling of firearms anywhere but the handgun range or Safe Area in the pits.\nPre-registration is strongly encouraged. Walk-ons will be only be admitted if they arrive by 12:30pm.\nIf you are planning on shooting more than one gun\, go ahead and register multiple times and squad yourself into the same squad.
