SUMMARY:2026 Wisconsin Speed Freak Rimfire Match
DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Wisconsin Speed Freak Rimfire Match will be shot in two flights\, one Friday and one Saturday\, Competitors will shoot 10 stages in one day. This match will test competitors with stages that have anywhere from 3 to 8 targets. In some cases your worst strings will not be dropped like in other events. Stages will be three 3-5 strings. The true intention of this type of match is to make it easy enough for new and existing gun owners who don’t have or cannot afford a large inventory of magazines for their guns; or don’t have both a pistol and rifle in 22LR\, involved in the shooting sports. Making events such as this centered around family\, fun\, and education is our goal here at Colfax Sportsmen’s Club.\nThere will be four (6) available Divisions: Optics Pistol\, Optics Rifle\, Optics Revolver\, Irons Pistol\, Irons Rifle\, and Irons Revolver.\nCompetitors can shoot either a 22LR Pistol and or a 22LR Rifle\, whichever they have for a respective division. Rough estimate round count is 300 rounds per division. If you are shooting multiple divisions you must squad all registered guns in the same squad\, if shooting more than 4 Divisions we suggest splitting them up into both flights.\nThe Match is running with seven Special Recognition Categories\, when signing up please take note this is the age you will be at the time of the event. You can only register for ONE Special Recognition Category per Division.\nSuper Senior - 65 and up\nSenior - 55 to 64\nLady - 18 and up\nMilitary - 18 and up\nLaw Enforcement (LEO) - 18 and up\nJunior - 13 to 17\nYouth - 12 and under\nThose who fall into the Youth (12 and under) and Junior (13 to 17) age categories at the time of the event will shoot for free with the paid admission of a parent or guardian on a 1 for 1 basis.\nEntry Fee:\n$40.00 for each entry\nLady (18 and up) $20.00\nJunior (13 - 17) and Youth (12 and under) will fall under the $40.00 entry fee unless they get a parent or guardian to sign up\, then their entry fee is zero on a 1 for 1 basis.\nOnce the parent or guardian signs up they must contact the Match Director to get the Junior or Youth entered into the match. Requests for Match refunds will be handled in the following manner: 100% through May 1st. 50% May 1st through May 31st. 25% June 1st through June 30th. No Match Refunds after June 30th\, crediting fees will be charged to the competitor.\nLocation of Your Wisconsin Speed Freak Rimfire Match!\nColfax Sportsmen's Club\nE8498 810th Ave.\nColfax\, WI 54730\nCheck-in will run from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM on both days.\nLunch is included with your Registration Fee\, food will be available for purchase to spectators.\nIf space and time allows\, there may be side match events with cash payouts for those who wish to stick around after their stages are done being shot on Friday and Saturday prior to awards.\nTrophies will be awarded at the conclusion of the Match for 1st thru 3rd place in all Divisions and Categories. A random draw prize table will occur at the conclusion of the trophy ceremony.\nAny additional questions can be directed to:\nMatch Director\nGreg Tandberg\ngreg.colfaxrimfiremd@gmail.com

This applies to all shooting on the range including during sanctioned matches. Members\, including those who are match officials\, are required to warn shooters of infractions and have the authority to ban shooters from the range after three infractions. This could result in a flight DNF and inability to continue shooting later in the match. USPSA/SCSA supports Pioneer's right to enforce this policy. Please respect our policy and avoid infractions.\nBy attending or participating in any event at Pioneer Sportsmen\, Inc.\, I acknowledge and agree to the following regarding media release and consent:\n1.	CONSENT TO MEDIA CAPTURE\nI understand that photography\, video\, and audio recording may occur at events held on club property or under the club’s direction.
