SUMMARY:August 6 2026 Bowling Pin Match at SharpShooters Indoor Range
DESCRIPTION:Sharpshooters Indoor Range Bowling Pin Competition Match (Cold Range\, make sure all firearms are completely empty before coming in the store).\nA head-to-head match where 2 shooters compete in shooting 5 bowling pins off a tabletop from their respective sides\, using revolvers with 10 rounds max. They are usually conducted as a double-elimination match with one-time buy-ins for $5\, up to the 3rd round. New shooters will shoot at least 3 times. If there are fewer than 20 entries\, we may go to triple elimination with no buy-ins. Pairing is randomized as much as possible\, but repeat pairings will occur. There are 3 separate classes\, Minor (380\, 9mm\, 38 Sp)\, Major (357 Mag or Sig\, 10mm\, 45 Auto) caliber\, and PCC. No 44 Mag or other similar or large magnum calibers. No Rifle calibers are allowed. Any sighting system is allowed. A SharpShooter's Match/Range pass is presented to each class winner. All scores will be posted on the Upstate Sport Shooting Group FB page.\nMinimum Equipment: Revolver\, Holster or gun rug or range bag\, eye and ear protection. Sign up on the Squad listed for your division. If you want to shoot more than 1 division\, you will need to sign separately for each one. There will be a $5 fee for all additional divisions. You may only shoot in 2 divisions.\nIf the shooters tie in their round\, they will be loaded up with up to 10 rds to break the tie. If all pins are knocked down in a tie\, 2 pins will be set up for each shooter to resolve the tie. If they tie again\, an additional pin will be set up for the next tie-breaker round.

DESCRIPTION:BCGC Steel Challenge – Monthly Match Schedule & Details\nSteel Challenge (SC) matches are held at the Jim Starr Long Range:\n•	1st Thursday of every month\n•	3rd Saturday during odd months (January\, March\, May\, July\, September\, November)\nSummer Hours\n•	8:00 AM – Setup & Check-in\n•	8:15 AM – New Competitor Meeting (Required for first-time participants)\n•	9:00 AM – Safety Briefing\nMatch Format\n•	BCGC SC matches consist of four (4) stages\, requiring 100–160 rounds per match.\n•	First-time competitors must attend the New Competitor meeting to participate.\n•	We operate a Cold Range\, meaning firearm handling is only permitted in designated Safe Areas or under direct supervision of a Safety Officer (SO). The parking lot is part of the cold range area; therefore\, firearms may NOT be handled in the parking lot.\n•	Please follow proper safety procedures at all times to avoid a match disqualification.\n•	As an IDPA-affiliated club\, BCGC will be adhering to the recent prohibition of the SIG Sauer P320 at all BCGC IDPA\, Steel Challenge and Outlaw pistol matches.\nEntry Fees\n•	$10 – BCGC Members\n•	$20 – Non-Members\n•	FREE – BCGC Steel Challenge Life Members\nDirections\nBCGC Steel Challenge matches are held on the Jim Starr Long Range berm\, located behind the target pit at the far end of the range. To reach it\, drive past the Gatekeeper booth and the short-range area\, continuing onto the long-range road. Stay on that road as it curves around the log cabin (Stat House)\, and continue on road around the target pit to the berm.\nStay informed by checking the BCGC.us website for schedule updates or changes. DESCRIPTION:2026 Free State USPSA Championship\nUSPSA Level II Match\nHosted by: Mill Creek Practical Shooting League\nLocation: Mill Creek Rifle Club\nMatch Fee: $150\nMatch Schedule\nSome key administrative staff will shoot the match on Thursday.\nStaff will shoot the match on Friday.\nAll competitors will shoot the match Saturday in a single day.\nPlease plan to arrive early enough to check in\, attend the shooter’s meeting\, and be ready to begin on time.\nUSPSA Membership Requirement\nBecause this is a USPSA Level II match\, all competitors must be current USPSA members.\nIf you are not currently a USPSA member\, you must join USPSA prior to competing. Your USPSA membership number must be entered in your PractiScore registration.\nCompetitors do not need to be classified in their division to participate. Unclassified competitors are welcome and will compete in the U classification until a classification is established.\nRefund Policy\nNo refunds will be issued after July 15\, 2026.\nBecause our credit card processor does not refund the transaction fees associated with credit card payments\, any approved refund will be issued less the processing fees charged by the payment processor.\nWait List Process\nEntries are awarded on a first-come\, first-served basis. When the match reaches capacity\, additional competitors will be placed on a wait list.\nAs slots become available\, approval will be sent through PractiScore\, and you will also receive an email notification that a slot is available. The email will indicate the timeframe in which payment must be made\, typically three to five days.\nOnce approved\, you must complete payment and secure a squad position if squadding is open. If squadding is locked\, you must notify the Match Director which available slot you would like to take.\nIf payment is not received within the specified timeframe\, or if you notify us that you no longer wish to take the slot\, you will be removed from the match and the slot will be offered to the next competitor on the wait list.\nSquadding and Requests\nSquadding is first-come\, first-served.
