DESCRIPTION:We plan to have 6 stages at the match within the 5 bays on the DAP range.  The DAP IDPA Match  starts at 9am and check-in closes at 08:30a.. Be sure to arrive early to check-in\, you will not be able to participate if you are not checked in by 8:30am.  Sign ups are online only\, limited walk-Ins will be accepted only if the match is not full. The Club is using STRIPE to process payments via Practiscore.\n**IMPORTANT**  The International Defensive Pistol Association\, Inc. (IDPA) is prohibiting the use of the SIG Sauer P320 in all of it’s variants from any competition or event under the name of IDPA. All other SIG Sauer models may be used in the division appropriate for their configuration.\nTo participate in a IDPA match at the Diablo Pistol Action range you must have successfully completed our Orientation/Safety Class (we do not currently accept classes from other ranges) or have a current USPSA /IDPA /SCSA/ICORE classification above the level of "U". In addition each participant needs to bring or have a photo of a current USI waiver range card to shoot at the range. If you do not have a current "Orange" card go to https://unitedsportsmen.com/waiver/ to complete the waiver online prior the the match.   We can issue temporary waiver cards at the match if you have completed the online portion. If you are unable to attend after registering be sure to withdraw at least 48 hours prior to the start of the match if requesting a refund\, credit card company processing fees will not be refunded.

SUMMARY:SVSS August 16 2026 Steel Challenge
DESCRIPTION:Steel shooting is a sport in which competitors are required to combine speed and accuracy to successfully complete the match. SVSS uses all 8 of the official steel challenge stages. All the stages are 5 strings of 5 shots each\, exept "Outer Limits" which is four strings\, requiring the shooter to engage steel targets from 7 to 35 yards. The targets vary in size from 10"\, to 12" round targets and 18" x 24" rectangles.  Sometimes a couple of stages are replaced with " outlaw" stages. There is no power factor like in USPSA\, IDPA\, and ICORE matches\, and the targets do not fall. DESCRIPTION:*The Long Gong match will start at 10 am every 3rd Sunday of the month\, starting August 2026.  Gates open at 8 am for sight in.\n22lr only.  Front bipod/bag and rear bag only.  300 yards\, 8” (one point) 6” (2 points) and 4” (3 points) round steel gongs at 300 yards.  Hit to move\, miss you go back one plate.  Five rounds of 10 shots.\nWe have two racks and two benches.\n*Running at the same time will be The Freedom Shack KYL Challenge.  The Freedom Shack KYL Challenge is going to be run side-by-side with the Long Gong Match. This match consists of TWO KYL racks that go from 2" to 1/4" (8 targets per rack). One rack at 50 yards and one rack at 100 yards. The Challenge is hit to move. One string on each rack of 10 shots. To clean this challenge you have to shoot each target once and the 1/4" at the end a total of 3 times. The entry fee is $10\, 50% will be paid back to anyone who CLEANS BOTH RACKS. This is very hard to do and has not been done to date. The 50% if NOT paid out will be saved and rolled over to the next match until we have a winner\, so the pot grows each week. The winner also gets a very cool gold challenge coin I've had made\, winner meaning you've cleaned BOTH racks\, 20 shots straight.

DESCRIPTION:BORCC 3Gun will have 5 stages for your 3 gun (or 2 gun) pleasure!\nA 3 gun match with Tac Op\, Modified\, Open and 2 Gun divisions as a part of the Indiana Multigun Series points race.\nCheck-In Open 8:00am\nRO Walk Thru 9:20am\nShooter Safety Meeting 9:45am\nGo Hot 10:00am\nMatch fee is due at check in\, and paid via cash only.\nMatch fee:\n$30 - Match Fee for Competitors\nFree for Juniors (17 & under for your 1st year of competing\, parent must be present)\nSetup date to be announced on the Facebook page\nSetup Staff and RO's shoot free!\nApproximate Minimum Round count:\nRifle – 75\nHandgun - 75\nBirdshot – 75\nSlugs - 1\nWhen squadding you will notice 10 squads but only 5 stages...Squads will be paired up as follows:  1 & 2\, 3 & 4\, 5 & 6\, 7 & 8 and 9 & 10.  For example:  Squad's 1 and 2 will start on the same stage to split resetting responsibilities up.  Squad 1 will shoot first and Squad 2 will reset.  Once Squad 1 has completed the stage\, Squad 2 shoots and Squad 1 resets. Steel cased ammo IS permitted. A magnet may be used to verify your ammo at the match.\nNOTE: that all matches in the Indiana Multigun Series are conducted under a COLD RANGE as per USPSA rules. All guns must be either holstered (or bagged) at all times\, unloaded\, hammer down\, with no magazine inserted. Long guns should remain bagged\, or in a rack with an open action\, and/or an "empty chamber indicator" (flag) in place. It is the shooter's responsibility to ensure that the muzzle of any gun is never pointed in an unsafe direction. You may only handle your gun only at the direction of the range officer (RO)\, or in the designated "safe areas." You may not handle any ammunition or loaded magazines in the safe areas. DESCRIPTION:Here are the quick rules to Defensive Pistol\nThe goal of defensive Pistol is to try to bring as close to every day carry as we can. We encourage shooters to use their EDC gun and gear. Stages are geared around scenarios to\nbuild your skills with the firearm you carry and the equipment you use. The stages are set up to challenge you with accuracy and speed. With some mental challenge thrown in.\nSafety Above all\, Defensive Pistol competition must always be conducted with safety as its first priority. Basic firearms safety rules that must be adhered to at all times during DP competition:\n1. All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not\, treat them as if they are.\n2. Never let the muzzle point at anything you are not willing to destroy.\n3. Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on the target and you have made the decision to fire.\n4. Identify your target and what is behind it. Never shoot at anything you have not positively identified.\nWe are using IDPA targets\, scoring\, down points\, penalties and procedurals.\nHere are most of the differences and rules.\nConcealment . If required. The goal is to use what you would use for everyday carry.\nFault lines. When shooting at fault lines both feet need to be on the ground.\nStages will be no more then 20yrds.\nFault lines. All targets get one hit before getting the second or third.\nShoot throughs on non-threats don’t count.\nNo limit of non-threats to shoot targets.\nThere are 5 divisions double stack\, single stack and revolver.\nDouble stack mag capacity 10 plus 1.\nSingle stack factory capacity plus 1.\nRevolver. Factory capacity.\nCarry optic capacity 10 plus 1\nCalibers. .380 9mm .40s&w .45 ACP .38 .357\nOther targets are allowed . Pins\, clay birds\, steel.\nTac reload only behind cover. You can be moving as long as your behind cover.\nSlide lock reload can be done in the open only if cover isn’t present or engaging targets.\nMemory stages. A stage may have you pick a card to tell you certain targets to shoot or the order to shoot them in.\nHolster. Must secure the trigger. Inside or outside the pants. kydex or similar. 2 to 5 o’clock position.\nmagazines . Mags must be concealed and secured . They can be stored in any pocket or carrier device. 20 rounds min.\nRound count on a stage will be no more then 20.

Any rifle cartridge used must be able to cycle in an AR15 platform. Only 2 things will change; No pre match walk-throughs and everyone must stay within the shooting area (rule 1.1.1.5) will be in every stage brief. Equipment rules stays the same and we will still have a classifier stage.
